Trimwork by Design are amazing...great team (both designers and installers). We looked around and the price was inline with others but the service and quality made us feel very comfortable. We are blown away by the job they did - it looks so good that I am very disappointed that I did not do this 3 years ago when I first moved in. I would HIGHLY recommend Trimwork by Design - and already have to guests. When I move to my next house these guys will be one of my first calls.

What a transformation. These guys were fabulous to work with. Fred provided us with some fantastic ideas and really designed a wonderful job. The installers who worked on my home, Rick, Ray and Kamal were outstanding to work with and did an exceptional job. We are extremely satisfied. They were very workmanlike, very clean and very precise. The job took 3 days and they cleaned up after themselves every evening. We almost never knew they were there. We are extremely pleased and love the transformation of our home and the difference that the panelling, wainscotting and fireplace trimwork has made is outstanding.

Our house needed the 'curb appeal' updated. I had boring siding so we upgraded that and then added Trim Work around doors, windows, and the garage. This increased our house value. Our neighbours love it too. Thanks, Trim Work!

My husband and I discovered Trimwork by Design and the Homestars website when doing an internet search. We went to their showroom in Vaughan and were very impressed. Fred answered all of our questions and then came to our house to take measurements. We have an open concept house and he recommended installing the 5" cornice molding (8' ceilings) throughout the entire main floor, powder room and upper hallway (including a 2 storey tricky segment). Ray showed up at 7:30 and spent 11 hours installing all of the cornice molding. He said it was straight forward but time consuming because we had 34 additional corners over the allocated quantity. Ray was very friendly, organized and meticulous. He re-measured everything, cut the molding on our driveway, installed it, spackled the nail gun holes and caulked above and below. He had a special protractor type gadget that calculated the degree of angles at all of the corners and programmed the cut angles into his miter saw. It looks absolutely amazing, the rooms look more spacious (especially the powder room). Doing the upper hallway and 2 storey stairwell really impressed us as well. We now have a painter working on the house (he is very impressed as well) and I definitely recommend having the molding painted afterwards since it does make a difference. This is our first time using Homestars to find a service provider and we will definitely use this website again. We were extremely impressed with Trimworks by Design, Fred and Ray and they did an excellent job and our house now looks amazing!!!

They came to show us designs and layouts. Installed wainscotting throughout the hallways of my home and added chair rail to the baby's room. Very professional.. they know what they are doing. Installlation was done in one day and tidy up after they were done.

We first were impressed with Trimwork-By-Design's extensive showroom and then by (the owner)Gary's low keyed approach. When visiting our home near Waterloo,On., Gary had lots of ideas & yet was very receptive to our preferences. The quote, which was provided while he was at our home, was very competitive & the job was scheduled within the week. The two installers, Darren & Harold, were outstanding! To sum it up in a nutshell, it was as if our home was their home & the company was their own. They were happy to accomodate us on some slight changes, cleaned up every evening, completed the job ahead of schedule and in short, were a pleasure to work with.

Trimwork by Design was one of the most professional companies I have ever dealt with. Knowledgeable, professional, accurate, tidy, a real pleasure to deal with! On top of that the end product (baseboards, chair-rail, and wainscotting) was outstanding! Highly recommend them to anyone looking to customize their home.

We had one installer come ... basically from 9 - 5, did the whole house, funny guy ... clean, would definitely use again ... no complaints whatsoever. We picked a very simple design, that matches the age and atmosphere of our house (54 y.o.) Well recommended.

I wanted to get mouldings installed before I moved in. So,I shopped around for not only a good price but also, I wanted to know the company and the people I would be dealing with. I saw Trimwork by Design in a magazine and I went to their showroom where I met Gary-the owner who explained all the different mouldings etc. After I have completed my research, I chose Trimwork by Design to do the work. Rick was the installer and couple of times I watched him measure/cut/install the mouldings and I was very impressed especially with the hard corners. All I can say is that he did an amazing job and what I really like was his professionalism and work ethic. I am looking at the moulding everyday and it's awesome. Thank you Rick and Thank you Trimwork by Design. You guys rock!

this company is terrific! they are meticulous and care about their work. gillian was our salesperson, she was very professional. ray and rick were our installers and were friendly, efficient and did an excellent job. it is a joy to work with this company.
