    Furnace

    Eric, was a pleasure , to work with. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient! After Eric came, to our home, he suggested, for us, to go visit the showroom, to help us with our decision. On that same day, he sent Kam, to verify the process of the installation, to reassure us, the installation of the pipe, would not damage the bathroom wall. A few days after, the installation, of our high efficiency furnace was done, to perfection!! In addition, to the excellent work, they used covers on the floor, from the door, to the furnace room, and also left everything clean. We highly recommend ULTRA BUILT-IN SYSTEMS, to anyone that needs HVAC services.

    furnace inducer motor

    Eric contacted looking at my request about inducer motor noise. Asked for the model serial and next day provided quote reasonable. Motor was installed same day and working well. Highly recommended.

    Excellent competitive pricing, top notch service and installation, excellent service

    Eric was fantastic to work with, very friendly, courteous service. Installer, Kam, was top notch, prices quoted were much better than other estimates I received. Eric has done work with my brother for 30 years and came highly recommended to me. I would gladly recommend Ultrabuilt Systems to anyone!

    Replace/install furnace and air conditioner

    I cannot say enough good about how excellent Eric, Cam, Lee and the rest of the team is at Ultra are. They took my problem seriously and I felt like I mattered to them. They were very timely in assessing the problem and coming up with a solution. They kept me informed every step of the way with my options along with the pros and cons of each. In the end we installed a brand new hvac system which was absolutely professionally done, unlike whoever did my original units. The quality in heating and cooling was apparent immediately. Its also clean and tidy now. Finally, I felt like they provide very fair value for the dollar. Nothing is inexpensive anymore but the quality of the work is absolutely top notch. Highly highly recommend for any HVAC project.

    Eric and the entire team are absolutely amazing! From quote to installation, the team was friendly and professional and has very competitive pricing!     Furnace, heat pump, tankless water heater replacement

    We requested Ultra's service to replace our old furnace, air conditioner and water heater. We received excellent consulting about the available options. Ultra taught us about energy savings and available government funding. We decided to make use of a high-efficiency solution with a new furnace, heat pump and tankless water heater. The installation was flawless despite a challenging installation preset. In two days all work was done. The installer delivered high quality, walked us through all installation steps, and instructed us how to use and maintain the system. We are glad that we decided to do this upgrade and can definitively recommend Ultra.

    New furnace and heat pump

    Ultra Built In Systems had previously installed a high efficiency furnace in our home about 19 years ago that had performed very well over those years. When it finally stopped working in the deep of winter of February this year, Eric and his team were there to help get it replaced. After consulting with Eric, we determined that a heat pump with an auxiliary furnace would be the ticket this time to help reduce our carbon footprint. Eric also arranged for an immediate Home Energy Audit to ensure we would be eligible for the rebates the government offers on heat pumps. The new furnace was installed expertly and quickly by the talented Cam and his associate, and this week with the weather much improved they installed the heat pump. The heat pump is located outside of the house and replaced the old air conditioner. I think Cam did an excellent and thoughtful job of the installation when installing the new electrical connections and necessary pipes and vents, and the new thermostat because he worked very hard to reuse the existing access points (namely holes in the walls and ceilings) without needing to create more holes. The new heat pump looks amazing, and they set it up on a strong stand on level concrete slabs designed to prevent any kind of vibrations from occuring while the heat pump is running. In addition, I should mention floor covers were used where they had to walk, and everything was cleaned up and swept. After over 19 years of service from this company, I have no hesitation in recommending them to others. They are kind and polite, conscientious and respond quickly when needed. My highest gratitude goes out towards this remarkable company.

    Installed carrier furnace/carrier heat pump and Rannai tankless water heater.

    AC repair

    Very happy to report same day service by a very courteous and professional technician. I highly recommend this company for all your heating and air conditioning needs whether new installation or repair. All my experience has led to repair at a great price when someone else might have convinced me I need a new expensive unit installed. An inexpensive repair is always appreciated. Thank you!!!
