Keith was fantastic. Not only did he have a ton of fabrics to choose from, he also helped explain which might be best for us, based on our project and budget. He took the utmost care with my grandfather's old armchair and really brought it back to life. His customer service is great and he makes sure you love what you're taking home. When the new cushion didn't sit right on the chair, he found a softer fabric that did the job perfectly.

Keith did a great job at a fair price and in a timely manner. The recovered pieces look wonderful.

We recovered 2 wing chairs, 2 Berger chairs and 2 ottomans. From start to finish this was a professional , competent job. Called and got a competitive , reasonable quote, estimate of how long the job would take. The pick up and delivery process was timely and professional. The job came in on time. The furniture looks beautiful. Seat foam was replaced, the wing chairs had to have the pattern matched. It was a tough job too, as I had not gotten quite enough fabric. Many thank for a wonderful job! Our furniture looks brand new now!

Keith made a beautiful job out of reupholstering a loveseat. He helped me with fabric options and explained what to look for in a fabric to ensure durability. The price was very reasonable and the workmanship is top notch. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Keith and Upper Canada Upholstery.

I was pleased with the workmanship. They were beautifully upholstered and completed within his timeline of 2 weeks. The price includes pickup and delivery ($180.00) which was prompt and effortless. Keith even touched up the wood and the foam. The chairs are a work of art. I am delighted with them.

Keith is, simply, the best upholsterer in the business. He is a master of his craft, an old-world artisan with an exquisite understanding of form and fabric and an innate ability to visual a finished piece. These qualities allow him to apply the fabric to the sofa or chair so the pattern matches perfectly across all planes in the most pleasing way possible for every piece. I grew up in the furniture business, so I understand, appreciate and deeply respect Keiths expertise. Keith not only reupholsters furniture; he restores each piece, as well, when require, by replacing old foam, tightening the frame, replacing damaged legs and casters, touching up stain and varnish, and thereby insuring every project leaves his shop in optimal condition with years more usefulness. Keith finishes every project within the time he estimated it would take to do so, if not sooner. And his prices are very reasonable. It is for all these reasons Keith has reupholstered the following pieces for my daughter and me: two large sofas; three love seats; four kitchen counter chairs; a rocking chair; four fully upholstered chairs; two occasional chairs; and a valuable antique three-piece parlour set. Keith even made two cushions for me from the fabric he removed from my counter chairs because he liked it so much! Every piece has been beautifully restored and reupholstered. For some of these pieces, I selected fabrics from his vast array of samples, while for the rest, Keith was happy to use the fabric I had purchased elsewhere. On top of all his professional attributes, Keith is delightfully charming, accommodating and friendly - a pleasure to work with. I cannot recommend him highly enough. His multiple five-star ratings speak for themselves.

I contacted Upper Canada to replace the foam on a Keilhauer bench seat. Less than satisfied with the quality of the work as it did not look like the original as requested, an as I was assured it would. Cushions were now "puffy" and some edges were uneven. Communication was poor. Emails went unanswered for several days. Estimated time to complete the work went from 3 weeks, to 1 week, to apparently the morning of the second day. When I complained, Upper Canada offered to take at look at it and "work with me" but could not assure me that he could fix it and make it look the way it was supposed to, stating "any changes he could make would make an insignificant difference". Less than an inspiring comment to take the time and effort to bring the bench back to him. Would definitely not recommend this vendor
