Where shall I begin? I contacted Keith weeks in advance prior to the start of the project to ask questions about pricing, time-frame and similar projects he had previously engaged in. I didn't just call him once...in fact, I called him several times. That said, he could have easily ignored me or put me off, but he didn't. He was extremely patient and very courteous. His work speaks for itself and is absolutely amazing. He is great to work with and delivered the six pieces on-time as promised. They are beautiful pieces and the workmanship blew me away...I am so happy and will be seeing him shortly for additional work. His pricing is very fair, he is very very patient and provides extraordinary customer service. Thank you Keith. Highly recommended!

I recently brought 6 wood bistro chairs with damaged cane seats to Keith for repair. He kindly provided a few options and we decided on installing a covered plywood seat set in place of the cane. The job was done by the end of the week and I got exactly what I envisioned them to be. Plus, to my complete surprise, Keith went the extra mile and had even stained the underside of the plywood to match the chairs! I definitely recommend Upper Canada Upholstery. My footrest turned out like a brand new one!! It is so nicely re-furbished and so sturdy now with new classic look legs, I am really very very pleased with the work done. I will recommend to anyone who likes to have any piece for refurbished. Really professional and unique work. Very reasonable price for such an excellent work.

Just picked up my upholstered wing chair from Upper Canada Upholstery and I am so pleased; it looks beautiful. Keith did an awesome job and he was kind and patient with my difficulty in choosing a fabric. The job was also done in a very timely manner; thanks again Keith.

I'd needed to have a vintage chair recovered to match an arm chair and sofa. Keith not only sourced the exact fabric but had the job done beautifully in time for Christmas. Not only that but he threw in two cushion with the left over material! A beautiful job on a chair that has been in the family for years, with many more years to come. Don't bother going to someone else if your want a great job done on time and for a reasonable price.

Over the last six months, Keith worked on two chairs and did a great job bringing life to them. He has a great selection of fabrics and I was able to realize my vision for both chairs. At first Keith was a bit sceptic of my bold choices but he went along and did a great job at aligning the fabrics (for the cushion). The wing chair turned out fabulous and my Queen Ann chair is also the statement piece I needed in my guest room.

Keith is a true professional and a master of his trade. He accommodated me pleasantly and proficiently. His workmanship is superb and his word is reliable. I have recommended him to two friends who want upholstery and refinishing work done in the near future. I will use his services again.
