I bought the cutest plant pot ever here. It was just what i was looking for. They went over and above to make sure it was in perfect condition and they helped me package it so it didn't break in my car!

We were looking for contemporary bar stools of good quality bt at a reasonable price. We searched many furniture stores and found the perfect stools at Urban Barn. The quality is terrific and, the price was reasonable compared to other bar stools we had seen at other retailers. The staff was also very helpful. We would definitely return.

I shopped in both Victoria (new store UPTOWN) and also in Nanaimo Urban Barn. Always greeted when first walk into either store. Great selection of interesting & some one-of-kind items. Shopped for diverse accessories for new home ranging from coasters/cushions and interesting lamps for great room to side tables and chairs. Found that the staff is willing to check on computer for items not on floor and follow up with phone call at home. Love Urban Barn and will continue to shop there.

Urban Barn is one of my favourite furniture stores by far. Their stores are bright and well put together making it a pleasant shopping experience every time I visit. I'd describe the furniture and décor at Urban Barn as being classic with a modern twist -- meaning it's not at all boring and also not way out there. I've shopped around a lot while furnishing my new condo, but always find myself back at Urban Barn!

I worked with several of the staff at Urban Barn to come up with a design for an upholstered headboard. They were patient, helpful, creative and helped me with the final product which is exactly what I had envisioned. Its great to have a new home store in Regina and shopping at Urban Barn is a great experience. Thanks for bringing your store to our city! Would I recommend this to my grandma? Absolutely because she's as awesome as this store.

In 2010, we were doing renovations on the house we had lived in for 26 years, in order to sell it. We decided we also needed to purchase some new home accessories and furniture, in order to stage it. We made several visits to Urban Barn, and ended up purchasing living room furniture, a rug, bedding, lamps, and many accessories for the living room, kitchen, and bedrooms. The staff were very helpful, and we even received a thank-you note from one of them after buying a leather couch. Being on a budget, we were able to take advantage of a number of sale prices too ! All in all, the purchases from Urban Barn helped greatly in updating our house, and we ended up selling it within a week of listing ! We recommend Urban barn to anyone looking to update their home, and still visit to look for items for our new house.

urban barn in Mission was one of the best experiences I have had yet. Not only were the sales team friendly and knowledgable, they were super nice and made me feel really comfortable. With the stress of buying a condo and all that comes with it, I wanted the part of furnishing it to be fun - that's what Urban Barn did for me. I will be going back, I will be checking in for new products and deals, and I will be happy for all the assistance I got from the team in Mission, i highly recommend them! Thank you! (I can't recall the name of the young lady that helped me - but she helped me with the Merrick, white sheepskin pillows, and numerous other things instore - thanks girl!)

The staff was friendly and assisted me with my home decorating needs. The delivery was quick and easy! It was great! We are very happy with the purchase. We use the sectional everyday! We would recommend this company to others.

Had a great experience at Urban Barn - great customer service and fast delivery. Had a fabric that was back-ordered and we ended up receiving it earlier than they had first indicated!

My first experience with Urban Barn was a very positive one. After finding a great couch - which was on sale as it was the floor model, I scheduled its delivery for nearly 2 months later (which wasn't a problem with Urban Barn even though they would have to store the couch at their warehouse for the entire 2 months prior to delivery). The delivery process was a breeze as the delivery window was only 2 hours...I didn't have to wait an entire day at home or even half the day! The drivers were not only right on time, but also very courteous and carefully placed the couch in our home. I would be extremely confident purchasing furniture from this Urban Barn again...great quality at a great price with courteous service to boot...you can't beat that!
