We purchased a mirrored coffee table and was told we could only have it delivered. When it was delivered it was damaged. Then when we informed the manager at Urban Barn we were not offered a discount.

Purchased a beautiful glass coffee table, but when it was delivered one leg was broken. The delivery guys had almost driven away when I tracked them down and had them take the table back. No discount was given despite the fact that we had to wait for another table. But the new table is terrific and has held up really well.

We found the staff to be very helpful and not at all pushy. The way that items are displayed in the store is well set up and the things we purchased are good value for money.

The store possessed very friendly service, where a sales associate suggested a beautiful frame to accompany my wonderful, memorable photo. The store had a nice, very calm and welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend Urban Barn to all my friends, and would bring friends from overseas especially to this same location again.

I have bought many things from Urban Barn and what I love about their store is that they have such unique thing s for the home that you don't find in other places. I love the chairs in the HomeStars booth too. I shop at both their Granville and Park Royal store. They are both great - and their staff are very helpful. I find they don't bother you and let you look without pushing.

Received excellent service from Urban Barn. Delivery time was shorter than estimated. Our custom chair exceeded our expectations and looks amazing in our home. The fabric is excellent quality and has resisted stains and other marks. We are very pleased.
