I bought a sofa from the Urban Barn outlet store in Port Coquitlam, as well as countless accessories. The couch has held up very well and although many of the products they sell at this location do have damage or imperfections, I managed to get a sage green "Jovo" 3 seater in perfect condition for $750 plus taxes. That included delivery! I am planning to buy a second couch from this store in the very near future.

I go to this store all the time. I love the selection the staff are great the atmosphere was fresh and sexy. I got several pillows throw rugs and other things for the house and would definately recommend this store to anyone looking for great new home furnishings!

My wife and I came into the store the other day and were just browsing for a few items to spice up the house and we found more than what we were looking for! We found a bunch of great items for great prices and found that the employed who helped us (sorry, can't remember your name) knew what he was talking about and when we described out house to he and how we had begun decorating it, he was able to make suggestions... that were actually helpful! So thank you.

Needed a custom made ottoman to complete my decor before Christmas. Even though the time schedule was tight, it arrived on time and was notified promptly. The staff are always courteous and helpful though not hovering over your shoulder every moment, which I hate.

I went in looking to use my limited scope of design to pick out an ottoman and couch. I was looked after for the better part of a couple of hours and had picked out pieces that could be built on for further purchases to complete the entire room decor. I was most impressed that I wasn't being sold on purchasing just Urban Barn products... we picked out furniture that worked for what I wanted to buy but then looked down the road into alternative color schemes that worked with what I bought which I think went beyond what they had to do. I would use Urban Barn any day as they have talented people working for them that have great ideas!

We moved into a new house and needed a lot of furniture. Spent months looking online and in downtown stores until we found that UB had opened a new store in our neighborhood. First time we went in just to look. We dealt w/ Ricardo, he was absolutely amazing and very helpful. We went back a few months later and he remembered us and the products we looked at previously. We love their stuff and find it very affordable, especially with the sales they've been having. We ended up ordering various pieces of furniture, for a total of $4k. They all came in ahead of time (some 1 month earlier). We love the fact that they underpromise and overdeliver! Definetly our fave store and definetly the best customer service. Thank you Ricardo!

We bought our patio set from Urban Barn. Unlike other local trendy furnishing stores that can sometimes have heavy wait times for delivery, Urban Barn receives its out of store shipments weekly. Fun, exceptional staff and competitive pricing. Wunderbar!

My experience wtih Urban Barn has been excellent so far. I went there looking for furniture. The lady there told me to bring in my floorplan, and she sat down and helped me plan out our living room & kitchen for free! She helped us with sizing furniture, ensuring that there was enough walkspace. We got the Manhattan sofa in a grey tweed material. Love it.

I ordered a custom storage ottoman from the company previous to last Christmas, talk about leaving it to last minute. They were able to provide it on time and the quality was great. Very helpful staff.

We ordered a new bed and chaise lounge when we moved into our new home, along with some other decorating items and lamps. The staff at the store were very helpful and patient. Our items were delivered to our house separately - the same delivery man came and he was excellent. He cleaned up great, moved the furniture into the spot we wanted and took care and respect with our home. A great experience all around!
