It was an absolute amazing experience using Urban Lawn Sprinklers to complete an install this past week. I am so appreciative that Rick showed up when he said he would for the quote, the work and follow-up. The day of the install there was literally a sea of green shirts that showed up and the work was not easy but they made it look easy and completed the entire job in 1 day. Rick, George and Fadi along with the rest of the team really made this experience easy and took all the stress away. We had a great experience working with Rick. We have undergone a major home renovation in the last few years. From experience, theres a lot of trades people out there who take advantage of you and are unreliable. We did not encounter this with Rick. He was professional, honest, dependable, got the project done when promised, and left us with a sprinkler system that we are very happy with. He is also a really good guy. We 100% recommend.

I had Rick and his crew install a sprinkler system in my front and back yard. From the initial meet, quote, and install everything went perfectly. Rick estimated a timeline and met the deadline (I expected a delay due to the rainy spring season). On the day of the install Rick and his crew arrived on time and completed the work earlier than expected. Rick went through everything with me prior to the job, onsite before starting the job and after the work was complete. Rick and his crew were professional, knowledgeable and hardworking. The crew cleaned up wonderfully (which is always a worry (for me)! The quote provided was accurate, with no additional charges or hidden fees. Rick is upfront with his pricing and very knowledgeable!

We contacted Rick to service our existing lawn system. His assessment was honest, didnt charge me for unnecessary equipment or services. He explained everything clearly and gave us loads of options (along with his advice). It was a breath of fresh air. We want to work with folks like Rick long term. Trust is everything. Rick was recommended to me when I needed to fix a broken pipe for my Sprinkler. He came on time and even told me in advance what the cost would be. Once he fixed the issue, even though it was a small job, he spent the time to walk through my entire system with me to make sure there were not issues. In the past every other company has upsold me and Rick did not. I will use Rick for all future needs for our system and would recommended him highly!
