Rick and his team were such a pleasure to have around. I tend to dread looking for a trade to do a job. Worried if theyll over charge me, or whether theyll do the job satisfactory enough. Also worrying if it will be a never ending project. So pleased in all of these departments. His prices are reasonable, they are experienced, his team work quickly and efficiently. I have been procrastinating for a number of years on a irrigation system for my front and back lawn and this year decided it was time. I researched a number of companies and based on positive responses and reviews decided to give Urban Lawn Sprinkler System a call. Rick, the owner, responded within minutes to my enquire and a meetup date to discuss further was setup. Rick arrived on time and explained in great detail what was to done and walked me through the process. Once complete and answering all my questions he provided me with a written quotation. Based on the fairness of the estimate as well as Rick coming across as a knowledgeable and honest individual I accepted the offer. We agreed on a mid June date to have the job started and completed. On that date Rick and his crew arrived on time and ready to work. Within that day four zones were set up and completed to my full and absolute satisfaction. Rick's crew were amazing. Hard working, respectful and cleaned up after themselves. At the end it was if they weren't ever there. Before they left I received a thorough tutorial on how to use the system. Rick and his amazing crew installed a 6 zone sprinkler system for us in four days and we are super happy with their work.
