I am a repeat customer! After having my bathroom done last summer by Valentini, I wanted them back for a kitchen reno. I cannot stress enough how highly Piero, Tony, et al. value customer service and quality of work. They want their customers to be happy. Their staff does quality work and are all friendly and respectful, and punctual. Tony goes out of his way to make sure the job is done correctly and that the work site is extra-clean when the crew is done. You cannot go wrong with Valentini Kitchens and Bath.

When looking for a highly reputable kitchen company, HomeStars lead me to Valentini Kitchens. After reading the various raving reviews, I knew that Piero, Tony and the rest of the crew were the right fit for my kitchen and bathroom reno. I was 100% correct. Piero came out and spent 2 hours discussing my options that worked with my budget. He got a good feel of what I wanted, needed and liked in terms of design and functionality for my kitchen. The plans he drew up were incredible and the project proceeded without any problems as the crew stayed "on-track" the whole process. Piero made sure that I was consulted every step of the way and I was given timelines when each of the tradespeople were going to be in my home. I can't say enough about how pleasant, punctual and professional they all were. They went out of their way to treat my home as if it was one of their own, always making sure it was left neat and clean before they left each evening. Special kudos go to Tony who was the master behind the construction and installation of my beautiful cabinets. He has an "old world" eye for detail and craftsmanship that seems to be so hard to come by these days. A perfectionist at heart, Tony made sure everything fit and looked flawless. ( He was more concerned about my kitchen than his own home that had recently been flooded on the "Monsoon Monday" Toronto experienced in July!! What a professional! ) The end result Valentini produced was OUTSTANDING! I love my new kitchen and powder room. I still can't believe this is my home! Valentini's quality of workmanship is unparalleled. I would highly recommend Piero and his team- Tony, Frank, Rob, Stefano, Stella, Andrew and the granite and backsplash installers to anyone for any project. The results will be beyond what you can imagine. If I could, I would give you all a higher rating than just 10 stars. Since I can't, this teacher would like to award you all an A++. Valentini is truly the top of the class!!!

Valentini Kitchens was highly recommended by our family. The top quality service they provided cannot be compared with those big-name stores. Most of the other companies out there will not do small jobs. Valentini do not only do big jobs, they DO small jobs. I purchased a kitchen faucet from Piero back in Dec last year. It was just one single faucet and he delivered it to my door after work at night. Rob the Plumber and their Granite Installers all came together to make sure that the job was done to their top satisfaction at my home. It was a small job and they came all the way for just a faucet. Their service was undeniably beyond my expectations. I would definitely pick Valentini Kitchens for future projects, any work from small to big things. Thanks Piero and your team!!

Valentini Kitchens did an amazing job on our kitchen. My husband and I were so pleased with the their team. Their hard work and craftsmanship really shows in their work. Looking forward to cooking in my kitchen!!!! :-)

I'm loving my new kitchen and Thanks to Piero and Tony all went smoothly. When I decided to re-do my kitchen I knew who I had to call, Valentini kitchens. I used them to do my two bathrooms and was very pleased with their work. I found them through my father who once employed Piero and Tony's Dad many years ago. Also my brother used them to do his kitchen so I knew I had nothing to worry about. I did get another quote on my kitchen though and found Valentini Kitchens to be a little more reasonable. Lowest price is not always the best since you don't know if they are going to cut corners or use cheaper product but I knew I did not have to worry about that with them because they take pride in their work and would only do something if it was done right. Dealing with someone and having them in your house for periods of time can be frustrating however with Piero and Tony it was all so friendly, almost family like. I liked that they came when promised and that I did not have to wait for days or weeks for a price on the reno. Piero gave me a price on the spot and nothing changed from that promised price. Tony's installation job is the best. He is so precise and cleans as he goes. I really appreciated that! I am so pleased with the design of my kitchen as well. Piero knew exactly where to put everything and made my kitchen so functional. I also liked that he helped me with getting the sinks, faucets and Cambria countertops. That saved me a lot of time and effort. My kitchen was done in a reasonable amount of time and I would have no problem referring Valentini Kitchens in the future.

Piero provided a great layout for our two upstairs bathrooms. One was a completely new bathroom that had to be built and the other was a makeover. The workers came every day, were punctual, courteous and cleaned up. Tony did a great job installing the vanities and a new walk-in closet that they managed to fit in. We had a couple of small items that needed adjusted but Piero made sure they were fixed right away. Thanks to the whole team, we now have two great bathrooms.

This was a very large project for us and we researched for quite awhile for the right contractor. Valentini was the right choice! From the very start Piero put in the effort to line up every detail to make sure the job was done right. Tony built us the most beautiful cabinets and laboured to install them perfectly. From the tile crew to the electrical group and all of the team the work was to the highest standards. We had heard the horror stories with contractors and our experience with Valentini showed us that there are top notch contractors out there and we would place Valentini at the top of the list.

I found Valentini on Homestars, after a bit of research. Piero called us back within 3 days and scheduled an appointment that worked around my schedule. He provided a quote on the spot, and even provided me with a few recommendations and modifications to my original design, which proved very savvy in the end. He set reasonable expectations on building and delivery time, and the project was completed ahead of schedule by one full week. At the install, his brother Tony was very professional and friendly and worked a very clean job. Even if it was a relatively small job, Valentini approached it as a prime job, wanting to build a relationship instead of simply completing a transaction. I don't say I'm impressed a lot, but Valentini surpassed all my expectations and truly impressed me. Further, the price came in 30% lower than my nearest quote. I don't see why someone would go anywhere else for cabinetry and design work. They deserve 11 out of 10. Thanks.

Renovating our kitchen was a decision and process we did not enter into lightly. Working with the team at Valentini Kitchens made the process a very positive one! From design to installation and everything in between, the staff at Valentini brought expertise, professionalism and quality craftsmanship to this project. We were very satisfied with the communication and overall process from start to completion. In the end, we are left with a beautiful, modern, functional new kitchen that we are proud to showcase in our home, and which undoubtedly has increased the value of our property. We would highly recommend speaking to Piero and Valentini Kitchens for anyone's kitchen renovation plans.

The team from Valentini did great work in our kitchen. The end result looks fantastic. They took lots of time to listen to what we wanted and then to respond. The process took somewhat longer than expected and communication wasn't always as strong as we had wished but it definitely could have been worse. All-in-all, quite satisfied with the end result and would definitely consider using Valentini for future projects.
