    Replaced 3 large windows

    The two guys were very efficient, and did a great job caulking around the windows. The finished look is very professional.

    One window and two patio doors

    We had one window and two patio doors installed. The work was neat and was done in a a very professional manner by taking into account the owners property and belongings.

    Front porch enclosure

    From the start it was a great experience. My first contact with Jimmy was excellent. He was thorough in communicating all aspects of the job and explaining what was to be expected. Communication upon arrival was appreciated. Installation went smoothly and the job was done professionally.

    Exterior Door

    The installer did a great job. Kept the work area clean and finished everything on time. I have no complaints.

    Large Living Room & Dining Room windows replacements

    Sales person initially spent a good amount of in home unhurried time understanding what we wished to have done and then writing up the order. Welda actually completed the work about two weeks ahead of the promised date for the work. Welda called about a week ahead of the installation to set a mutually appropriate time for the installation. Installer followed up two days ahead of the install to confirm the date and time was okay. Installer arrived on time and laid down protective covering for floors and nearby furniture. Work was completed professionally both inside and outside and the windows are great. Given that the installation has taken place in February, on a cold day, the installation was completed in such a way as to minimize exposure to the outside elements. After the install the installer and his helper did an excellent job in cleaning up the living room dining room area where the work was done. During the installation the installer had no issue with myself the owner watching all stages of the work and even explained the installation tasks as they were being carried out. Following installation the installer took me on an inspection of the work done and gave us the opportunity to point out any issues. We had none. Excellent experience.

    Great service, except horrendous installation

    I spent so much time fixing up my 100 year old house. I spent hours levelling my floor and sistering joists even when I was pregnant. I ordered the best windows from Welda. And their install guy installed 3 of them leaning on their side so that the top is 1 inch out of line with the bottom. I'm extremely sad about this. When their guy noticed he couldn't install the windows level / plumb, he should have stopped and told me so I could have gotten the mason to fix the window frame before the window was installed.

    Installation off new entrance door, porch enclosure, new bathroom window and patio door

    The work was performed professionally, neatly and with minimum disturbances. Premises were left cleaned and in immaculate condition. Work crews were polite and courteous.

    Porch enclosure

    He was confident with this work did a good job and where did the time limit specified in the contract he took extra precaution when it came to specific heart problems of that job

    WINDOW REPLACEMENT

    WE HAD WELDA COME IN FOR A WINDOW QUOTE AND THEY WERE BY FAR THE BEST PRICE. WE DECIDED TO GO WITH THEM. EVERYTHING WAS GREAT, MY ONLY COMPLAINT WAS HOW LONG IT TOOK THEM TO MANUFACTURE THE WINDOWS BUT I FEEL LIKE THAT MAY BE OUT OF THEIR CONTROL. INSTALLER WAS GREAT, VERY POLITE AND SEEMED TO KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING. THE QUALITY SEEMS GREAT, ROOMS FEEL MUCH WARMER NOW IN THE WINTER. WOULD RECOMMEND AGAIN.

    Window replacement of entire house including 4 sliding doors.

    Extremely professional, excellent customer service, excellent product and workmanship at a very reasonable price. I’m a happy customer!
