    Replace Front Door and Patio Door

    We were looking for a front door and patio door for months with no success, when our friends recommended speaking to Andrey from Welda Windows and Doors. Andrey was very professional/knowledgeable, he walked us through all the things we needed to know about selecting a door and what to look for in a solid door. He made us feel comfortable during the end to end process, making great suggestions and provided a competitive price. Once the doors were manufactured, Mercedes called to arrange a time that met our schedule. Longine was the installer of both doors. The installation was very professional. Longine's workmanship level is high, he was very courteous and cleaned up after the install, taking all the old doors and moldings. I would recommend Welda Windows and Doors to all my friends and family. It was a real pleasure dealing with Andrey and the team. Thank you for the great work. Bruno and Elaine

    window replacement

    Great customer service with zero pushiness or "overselling" by Joeseph. , excellent installation by Zoran who really knows his stuff and how to "troubleshoot" the install challenges posed by a 100+ year old home. I would (and already have) reccomended Welda.

    (6) windows, sliding door in kitchen

    very neat work and liked the customer service before the work even started. Also great that they will do customized work (enlarge windows) where other companies just want to replace windows.

    Windows, patio and front door

    We would like to take this opportunity to thank Welda Windows on an awesome job with the installation of our new windows, patio and front door. It was a real pleasure dealing with Jimmy our salesman. He carefully listen to our ideas and made valuable recommendations without ever being pushy. We felt very at ease as his passion and care for our needs really showed as soon as he stepped into our house. Thank you so much Jimmy. A big thank you to the installers Zoran, Rodimir, and Longin. All three of them were so professional and did an amazing job right down to every little detail. You guys are the best. A huge thank you to Mercedes. She really emphasizes what true customer service is all about. We find it very rare these days to find the professionalism and carrying that Mercedes showed from day one until the project was completed. Thank you so Much Mercedes for all your patience and understanding when we changed our minds a couple of times with the front door design, it was really much appreciated.     WIndows and door

    Finally satisfied. The installers were very professional and knowledgeable . They fixed the small issues and I could not be happier with the windows and door selection. They let in lots of light and lots of air flow. We would definitely recommend their work. There seems to be an issue with secretarial organization but installation and product are top notch.

    Front door

    The guys did an excellent job, they came in took out the old door in record time, insert the new door and cleaned up after themselves. The 2 guys were very courteous and kind. ****** Job well done!

    Window replacement, Installation.

    window leaked after install

    Several large windows replaced: On time, and completed as planned with a reasonable price. One window leaked heavily in spring rains. I could not get them to revisit my installation. Said that the leak could not be from the window as the windows are sealed. Turned out that the installer did not caulk the space between window trim and exterior wall effectively and the trim sloped toward the siding channeling the water against the joint with the siding. Water poured in over the top of the new window. This lack of responsiveness cost me additionally and because it was a small job I had a lot of trouble getting someone to come and even take a look. The carpet was soaked continuously. The interior drywall had to be repaired and repainted due to mildew and lifting of the drywall joint tape! Welda, when a customer complains, you should at least take a look at what they are complaining about before saying that no way could it be due to work done by your window installer. A simple after care check would have preserved goodwill and enhanced the work that otherwise satisfied me.

    Door replacement

    Welda Windows replaced the back door going out onto our deck. It has a side light and is extra wide, with a low threshold to all for easy wheelchair access. The door & side light were manufactured to size in the correct configuration and colour. The installation happened on time, and the installer was a joy to have on site.
