Amazing job. Couldn't believe how quickly and professionally it was done. Minimal damage and super clean. It was a nightmare in waiting that never materialized. Installer was top notch with lots of experience. Any bump in road was smoothed as quickly and quietly as possible. Couldn't have asked for a better job. No panic at all.

I contacted Welda via online to give me a professional advise as to how to cover my front porch. Eli came to our home at the exact time. His approach was very professional and gave us a detail professional advise regarding our porch. Given the detail information he provided us and answering all our questions and concerns, we decided to use Welda to cover our front porch. Juvenal also came in to measure our porch and was very clear and professional. His advise and work were exceptional! Long story short, we are so happy that we used Welda. From the start to the end all went very smooth. Our front porch is now beautiful and our neighbors are actually very impressed. We strongly recommend to use Welda for your small or big project.

We replaced the windows in our old house a few years ago with Welda Windows and were so happy with them that we called Jimmy right away after we moved this winter. Jimmy is wonderful to work with, he's patient and extremely informative. I recommend him to everyone! We moved from a small off-street to a century home in a busier area and noticed the road noise right away. We called Jimmy and he suggested their Sound and Security (SSP) windows. He explained that the laminated glass would reduce the road noise in the house and he was right. We have noticed such a difference! Our new windows are beautiful, well installed and seriously reduce the outside noise. Once again, we are happy Welda Windows customers. We tell everyone we know to call Jimmy when they need new windows or doors. Like I said, he is wonderful to work with and the quality of the product is amazing. We wouldn't trust anyone else! The company is professional, reputable and quick to respond to questions. Our windows were ready and installed when they were supposed to be and we really couldn't be happier.

we were in the progress of home renovations and needed to change our doors and window. After contacting many companies we found Welda Windows. The procedure starts with the salesmen Jimmy Rosati . He was very helpful, friendly and an amazing salesman. He was very well informed and gave us the best deal for our many windows and doors. At the end he felt like a family member. The installers were amazing as well, installing everything very in a very clean and neat manner. we highly recommend Welda Windows to anyone who is looking to replace their windows and doors. The service you receive is the best and so is the quality of their product. If you want quality doors and windows , then order from Welda.

Welda replaced 80% of my home's windows back in 2014 - Eli, my sales rep, was great & all went according to plan. The installer was very efficient & good. I was very happy with the results. So, when I decided to reno the house's main bathroom this winter & needed to replace the window, I contacted Eli for a new quote for a special window for 'in' the shower. The installer was an older gentleman named Jim. Jim had also 'measured' the window for the manufacturer, so the replacement should have been an easy thing - pop out the old one, insert the new one. Only that isn't what happened... and my install turned into a disaster. The old window came out easily, just as my contractor had said it would. But when Jim started working on the new window install, he told me it was giving him problems, and was a bit too big. Now, instead of saying he couldn't do the install, take away the bad window, and admit to having measured wrong... he said that he could make it fit. He simply needed to cut a piece of wood & move it over... something that wouldn't affect anything, and would be ok. Not having a contractor brain (and in truth, homeowners shouldn't have to!), I trusted his process. Hours passed, and he finally finished up... all 'appearing' ok. However, all was NOT ok. When my husband & contractor, both who were unable to be at the house with me that day, showed up to see the new install... they both blew a gasket!! Jim had CUT A LOAD BEARING STUD on the house's outer wall (part of the window's frame) and left it hanging in limbo. He tried to add some band aid pieces to help the framing, but it was a hack job, and they both knew it. The window wasn't a bit too big, it was too wide by 2"... and in order to make it fit, he had had to cut a bigger hole in the wall, including cutting the outside of the house to make it work!!! Suddenly, I was dealing with the structural safety issue of a wall of my bathroom, from a simple window replacement! I contacted Welda immediately, and Mercedes was very quick to deal with the problem (including offering a discount for my inconvenience). I insisted that someone come out right away to fix the problem, however I DID NOT want Jim... I didn't trust him, nor his unprofessional approach to the install. Welda's answer was not to have a manager or owner call me, which is what they said would happen... but I suddenly had Jim calling me, begging to go back to the house to fix a mistake that was very much his own - hey, sometimes mistakes happen, he said. Sorry, a mistake?! No, this was an unacceptable move for an installer who so proudly claimed to have been installing windows for 30 years. I reluctantly agreed to let Jim return to the house to meet with my contractor to fix the window/wall... and was once again appalled to learn that he didn't even show up with materials to fix anything, and had to use what my contractor had on hand. Oh, to add one more bad thing to the pile... the window wasn't even installed SQUARE. I am furious that the situation even happened. I had such a great run with Welda, and they have great windows -- but I think it's time for them to ask Jim to hang up his tools! This guy ruined their reputation & any referrals from me. And if by chance you do go with them... BE SURE NOT TO GET JIM!! It will cost you time, money & sour energy to fix his mistakes.

I just got all of my house windows replaced . Overall I am satisfied with the service. The sales person Jimmy was quite helpful and patient with the order, the office lady Mercedes is also kind and helpful. The installation technician Sergo was very professional and responsible. I give 8/10 just because I haven't have the windows long enough to test the quality yet. I am happy with the service so far.

All work completed good company takes care of the customer... had 4 doors installed had a problem with lock and leaky door ...they came back no problems to fix... free of cost and reimbursed me for the lock...

Juvenal Almeida was sent to measure and install the glass porch enclosure. He was very professional friendly courteous and knew exactly what he was doing. He had to remove the railings then install the enclosure. He did it non stop worked through his lunch. This company does the best porch glass enclosures. Their prices are very reasonable. Job well done Juvenal!!

Very impressed with the service from start to finish. Price was very competitive. Even though mine was a small job (1 door and 1 window) Welda treated us like anyone else, other companies hardly got back to us. Sergo and Attila did a great an careful job with the install this weekend. Great service and quality work. We will not hesitate to call again or recommend. Door looks amazing!

We asked Jimmy for white aluminum enclosure with insulated roof on top in front of main entrance door. I am impressed with their workmanship and attention to detail at nooks and corners. Great job !
