    Window Installation

    I honestly don't understand all the good reviews about this company. Our experience with them was the complete opposite. I actually read all of these reviews prior to hiring them thinking that our experience would be the same. Unfortunately for us it was not. We had 8 windows replaced in our home and there was a problem with the installation on every single window. If I could rate this company a ZERO I would. Our fault that we didn't do more research about them and the fact that they use contractors that don't care about the quality of their work. When the job was done we had a crooked window, a leaking window that was letting in rain water that Welda said was normal (we were shocked), we had nails coming out of the trim on the inside of the house, and caulking about an inch thick around every single window, it looked like our son was playing with a caulking gun it looked so bad. We were in disbelief that a professional company could do such a job. We made numerous attempts to have them come back and fix everything, in the end they refused to fix any of these issues. I normally don't write reviews but when you are doing something like windows on your house it is so important that the installation is done properly and this company just does not care about that. If you are looking for a quality installation look elsewhere, you will be glad you did.

    Front Door Installation

    Yesterday we had a new front door installed by Welda Windows & Doors. We went from a double door to a single door with two sidelites. We are extremely happy with the outcome. From beginning to end our experience with Welda Windows & Doors has been very professional. Jimmy, our sales rep, was professional and courteous. He was very patient and low-pressure. He was very helpful in our decision making and was very detailed in what to expect with the quality of the product and showed us a sample. The quality is exceptional! Our installer, I believe his name is Tony, was efficient and extremely clean during the installation process. He took his time to make sure everything was perfect and even endured one of the coldest days. We are extremely happy with the finished product, including the quality of the product. We highly recommend Welda Windows & Doors. Thank you kindly Welda Team!

    Front Door Installation

    In the past week we had a new front door installed by Welda, along with transom. We were very impressed by the care taken during the installation, and the final product is exactly what we were hoping for. We recent had a poor experience with another company on a separate door installation so we were thrilled with the quality of work provided by Eli and the team on this job.

    Window replacement

    After discussing the issue with the owner, he send out an installer to evaluate the problem, the window was partially disassembled for inspection, although there was no obvious reason for the leak found, the window was reassembled and resealed. The window will be monitored to ensure it has been repaired. Since posting this review I have been contacted by Welda Windows (26 Sept 2016) and they have agreed to look into the issue, so I will place this review on hold at this time. Although we are happy with the windows and the installers did a good job at the time. We have had an ongoing problem with one window since it was installed, there is a leak that has destroyed the paint /plaster under the window. After contacting the installer, he did return and reinstall the aluminum flashing around the window but the leaking problem still exists. Contacting this company by phone or letter has proved impossible. Beware of their after sales support.

    Sep 28 Hi Doug Our Installer Tony just left your home. Here is the report of what was done there: He opened everything there on the outside and Did Not find any indication of water around the window or window frame He removed the glass stops inside and confirmed that No Water gets inside through the glass He Removed Connectors, screws and was No indication of any moister or water marks/ stains on or around window frame He reinstalled and sealed everything again. Your wife was there and Tony explained to her as well what was done. If the water coming through the window, first what get water marks and stains is a wooden frame and trims.     fibreglass front door, steel side door

    The entire process from Joseph in sales, to the installer and then the company to finalize payments has been professional, skilled and so easy. Welda doors has a great team.

    Great customer service

    welda installed new window in my home a few years ago, unfortunately we had some problems in every window when the spacers started to separate between the glass. welda honoured their lifetime warrantee and replaced all the windows at no cost and no hassles. there a lots of window companies out there so shop around and make sure you get a price from welda.

    Windows and Doors Replacement

    Welda Windows replaced our large bow window, all basement windows, exterior doors, and storm doors last November. It was the second time we used Welda Windows for our home and we were as happy with the work as we were the first time around. Robert was fantastic in helping us select exactly what we wanted. The crew was professional and took extra steps to ensure excellent quality installation. In July, we contacted Robert again to see if there was a solution for portable A/C units for casement windows. He ordered additional mesh frames for our windows for our project and delivered it to our home free of charge. Thanks, Welda team! We will definitely recommend you to our friends and family in the future.

    Windows & Doors

    Fabulous, Fabulous, Fabulous …. We are extremely ecstatic with our new windows and doors from Welda Windows. From beginning to end my experience with Welda Windows has been nothing but excellent. Jimmy Rosati (Sales Rep) was professional and courteous, and is well versed with product technology that resulted in helping us decide which window and door styles to meet our needs. He did an amazing presentation and followed through with every detail. Welda uses high calibre of installers; Zoran, was fast, clean and provided great service. And Mercedes, customer service rep was extremely professional and courteous with scheduling and paperwork. This company produces high quality of products that look great. Installation was on time, smooth and everything was left spotless. I highly recommend Welda Windows. You will not be disappointed.

    Porch Enclosure

    My porch was 36 years old and was in a bad shape. I did review some companies and received some quotes which Welda Windows & Doors turned out to be one of the best. Welda Rep [Jimmy] was very professional and gave me a very good deal. Installation was done over two days [very hot days]. I extend my appreciation and thanks to Juvenes who endured the hot weather and did an excellent job installing the porch enclosure. I found Juvenes very professional with a great personality. I am a happy customer.

    Window & Doop replacement

    After 28 years the wood frames on our windows are rotten and ugly. We decided to do a major replacement of all the windows in two storeys and the basement , as well as two sliding doors , and update the house entrance with 2 new 8 foot doors. We chose Welda Windows & Doors after the professional presentation made by their representative Joseph Rosenberg, and the quoted cost was comparable to another Company's. The installation took place over three days late July, 2016 ,a massive job.The two installers Zoran & Sasha are the hardest working men I've ever dealt with. The windows fit & work perfectly , and the change in the look of our house is AMAZING Bernard
