We had shopped around and called in about 5 different companies for quotes on replacment of all our windows. Welda was the only company that emailed us back a digital quote of the job, showing all windows in a user friendly layout. We counter-offered Welda's price and asked if they could do the job for our asking price, they would have the contract. Les, the sales manager was very friendly and quick to get back to us every step of the way and accepted our offer. The 2 installers came out on time and did a GREAT job with the install. They were super fast and kept everything clean and tidy. The entire install of approx 14 windows took 1 day for the windows, and 1 day for the capping on the outside (2 days total). Welda worked with us without any problems as we ended up changing the style of our 2 front windows. No Fault of the installers, but 1 window came with a manufacturers defect (one had a bubble), which was brought to Weldas attention immediately. They quickly made arrangements to have the window replaced - which was done without incident. Welda did screw up by not frosting one of out bathroom windows, which the rep apoligized for and again fixed without incident - thats the only reason why they scored a 9/10. We've had the windows installed for 6+ months now without any issues.
Very easy company to deal with, followed up with us, corrected their mistakes, quick friendly installers. All around good company.
