    6 Windows

    Our neighbors got their windows done with Welda and we liked the way they looked so when it was time for us to replace ours we decided to go with them. They're a real efficient company, kept the job site clean, and we have had no problems with the windows they've done for us. I have recommended them to others and recommend that you use them too.

    9 Windows

    Welda did 9 windows in my home and did a great job. They were referred to me by my father in law and i'm very happy with them, they did the job well, didn't create any extra mess for me, gave good advice throughout the process and are a professional outfit top to bottom. I've already recommended their services to others, they're great people to use.

    Replaced all our main floor windows

    To begin, the first contact person on the phone was very friendly. The salesman who came to our house was pleasant, demonstrated the benefits of his product and we felt helped us make decisions based on our needs and budget. The person who installed the windows worked incredibly hard and did an excellent job. When he discovered that one of the screens had been damaged from the factory, he had it replaced almost immediately. Also, we had some rotten wood that he discovered when he pulled off our front window from an old leak. He replaced the rotten board incredibly speedily and didn't charge us any extra. The entire experience was great and I would definitely use their services again when we replace the basement windows.

    Door

    Welda was very understanding in the scheduling of the installation of our door. Our installer was polite, and very fast. He showed up on time in the morning and was gone by mid-afternoon. Our custom door looks fantastic!

    Window Installation

    I live in a noisy area so I was looking around for soundproofing window installation. I asked around, and this Welda salesman named Les guaranteed that his window would block out all noise. I bought his story, and had them install the window, only to find out that Welda doesn't do any soundproofing at all. In fact, the new Welda Window was even noisier than the old window. After reporting with Welda about the false claim, the salesguy came back and said he would deny that he had ever said it would ever promise noise reduction and threatened to send the collection agency after us and ruin our credit rating if we didn't pay him in a timely manner. Summary: Salesmen made false statements to make a sale, product didn't deliver as expected, and follow-up service was horrible. I will never recommend them to anyone.

All our products are top quality, CSA Certified to be energy efficient and we install with the best low- expanding foam on the market for insulation and noise reduction. We do not make any soundproofing claims as you can see on our website and we are not a soundproofing company. Unfortunately there was a misunderstanding and that was not our intention and so we provided this customer a significant discount, giving him the window at cost in good faith.

    windows & doors for a single family home

    Knowing a questionable reputation of some of the hit and run renovators,I was a bit skeptical first. Welda,however,exceeded my expectations.They keep their word-you can see they take care of their reputation. No bull on time quality professional service,very pleased! Definetely recommend. C.B.

    French Door for kitchen

    We needed to replace our patio to accomodate a wheelchair.It was quite a challenge,but Welda Windows & Doors were able to brainstorm and did a fantastic job. Their service was fantastic and on time.

    window installed and brick work had to be done

    I have used welda before for installation of my front and back doors and the work was well done. This time I needed a new window where a door used to be. Therefore some brick work had to be done as well. I am very upset with the sales rep Les because he told me one quote and I ended up paying more in the end. I get a call a week later from Les telling me he has to charge me for the scaffolding. I assumed scaffolding would be needed since the window is on the second floor and therefore it was in the quote. The installers did a very good job with the window and the brick work. They made it look seamless. We are very pleased with the end result. The installers were very professional and effcient as always.

    Windows replacement

    Welda company representative explained in details the work prosedure on replacement of windows in the main floor of my house. A reasonable price has been negotiated. The work started on time. The deadline was met in satisfied and efficient manner. Qulity of work is very good. I would definately use Welda co. services agan and recommend to others. Thanks AF.

    Porch Enclosure

    The whole process of this project was excellent service from the beginning to the end. The guys were very professional and had gotten the job in a timely fashion. Also the installers were incredible with the results of having my porch completed. I will recommend this company to any of my friends, also it was a pleasure to have met "Les Marshall", and "Zoran". It was amazed that my porch was enclosed. Also, i'm looking forwardin doing business again to have my windows shutters installed throughout my entire home. Well done.
