    Brick replacement

    Had to have some bricks with stress cracks replaced and Wilkens Contracting did a great job working with my budget and matching the existing bricks as best as possible. Will definitely have them back to do some more work in the future.

    tuckpointing

    Excellent from the quote to the finished job. No hassle, they just came did the job, cleaned up and no one really noticed they were here - and such a professional job without any headaches.

    Chimney rebuild

    I highly recommend Ernie Wilkens and his team. Ernie came over to quote two chimneys. One needed just tuck pointing and the other a complete rebuild. Frank and his sons did the rebuild. Excellent work, friendly guys, site immaculately cleaned up and a fair quote. I always find it hard to find honesty out there when you are looking for work done on your home. You won't regret dealing with these guys. I thoroughly enjoyed dealing with each and everyone at Wilkens.

    New chimney

    The crew came on Wednesday to start demo of chimney. Totally completed by Thursday done on time no delays. The job was awesome. Everything was clean and old bricks removed from site. Very efficient crew, very nice, explained what they were doing as they completed different stages in the replacement of my chimney. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs this type of work done. Wish I could give them more stars, job well done. I have already handed out their business cards to a few people since.

    Excellent work and great clean up!

    Wilkens contracting repaired bricks on our chimney and also did some tuck work around our foundation. Fantastic work and amazing clean up afterwards, which was greatly appreciated. Definitely recommend this company!

    New Chimney

    My new chimney looks great. Ernie and his son were fantastic. They got me a quote quickly and were able to do the work almost immediately. The day of, they arrived on time, were friendly and efficient, and cleaned up so well you couldn't even tell they were there.

    Tuck Pointing & Brick Restoration

    Quite simply fantastic work from beginning to end - Allen is truly a craftsman. The enormous and nasty tuck-pointing job was superbly completed. The brick matching and work associated with the removal of the old milk chute and various damaged bricks is unbelievable - it is challenging to pick out the new bricks from the old bricks. The thorough clean up was a job in itself, which was made more demanding by my difficult neighbour. Nevertheless, Allen and Greg worked tirelessly and very professionally to clean up the site to my neighbours satisfaction. Upon completion of the job, Wilkens contacted me almost immediately for follow-up, and at some point later Ernie came by to take a look at Allen and Greg's excellent work. I have referred Wilkens to my family, friends and neighbours, several of whom have since had work done on their homes. I would not hesitate to contact Wilkens for any of my masonry work.

    Chimney Tuckpointing

    Ernie came by for the quote and our job was scheduled as quickly after that as possible. The work wasn't tricky, just the access to the work, so they sent the best man for the job. He took his time to carefully calculate his approach and once he started, the work was done quickly and efficiently. Clean too. The mortar match was very good and he filled a couple of spots in our stone walkway free of charge. We are very happy and have referred people to them since.

    damaged brick replacement

    A row of soldier bricks were damaged most likely by acid years ago and had to be replaced. The new bricks were a very close match. The repair was done quickly and the workmanship was masterful!

    Chimney rebuild

    The chimney for my boiler and hot water tank was in horrible shape. It was not up to code - too short. The chimney had to be torn down and entirely rebuilt. Frank and his sons worked long hours for two days straight and came back a 3rd day to ensure clean-up was complete (I assured them it was). I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone requiring their service.
