    furnace and air replacement

    From the sales rep at Costco, to Jack the rep who came to our home right down to the installation crew, quality, price, customer service and attention to detail are all number one! Thank you to everyone who did the work, especially to Jack for his over and above time and effort.

    Heating, cooling, hot water supply

    I have been using Woodbridge GTA Climatecare for 13 years. We installed a new furnace, hot water tank, bbq gas line, fireplace and radiant floor heating 13 years ago. We have a maintenance contract with them. More recently we installed a tankless hot water system. These guys rock!! Their work is organized and neat. They leave no mess behind and they are happy to discuss and explain everything they do so that you understand how it all works. I have no hesitation in recommending them!

    furnace maintenance

    Woodbridge GTA Climatecare.ca has been providing me heating service for more than 20 - years. Again, recently I had a furnace maintained, with the same excellent service as in the past. 1) === Prompt === Each time I call I receive a prompt reply, and a planned date for the work. This occasion was no different. Two days later, the furnace was purrrrrrring ..... with a clean blue flame. 2) === Courtious === I happen to be a nit-picking customer who does not just want heat from a furnace. It is necessary for me to know such things as: a) how is the fan belt b) were the jets clogged c) were there any spiders in the burner, this time d) how are the limit switches working With Woodbridge GTA Climatecare I get to know the staff --- who then give me detail, detail, detail.... on all of the above items. That is the only way I am comfortable --- knowing the staff, who then give me the valuable facts about my furnace or fireplace. This is a major reason for me coming back to Woodbridge GTA Climatecare anytime my furnace needs maintenance. 3) === Carefully Tidy === One last comment would be that each time their staff have done work there has never been a mess left behind.     intermittent hvac fan/blower

    intermittent hvac fan/blower requested service during business hours (hoping is less than an after hours service)--they charged $90 for the truckroll louie technician diagnosed problem within 5 minutes as the capacitor. my problem is i found out afterwards, they significantly overcharged me for the capacitor. they charged $115 for a single, simple part really only costs $10-$50 (at the max). will not recommend for home repair--due to overcharging of parts. they probably can get away with charging that to commercial clients

Our diagnostic charge is $89 + HST which was told to you at the time of your service call. Our technicians use a flat rate industry standard book with the repair guide that shows exactly how much the repair will be. Our prices are not set by happenstance. You were advised of the problem and the amount of the repair. At that time you opted to accept and therefore the technician went ahead with the repair. Flat rate pricing is widely used in our industry and is good for the consumer because it is up front and there is no extra charge if it takes longer to do the repair than anticipated. Good service doesn’t just happen. When that professional service technician knocks on your door, many costs have been incurred just to get him there and ready to do the job.     Replacing Furnace, AC unit and installation of gasline to basement kitchen

    I just had the most enjoyable experience ever in dealing with a contractor, Woodbridge GTA Climate Care. From my initial meeting with Jack, the estimator, to the installation technicians, to Andrew and Peter, respectively the owner/manager and home comfort advisor, I was amazed by the sense of professionalism courtesy displayed. When the installers arrived, the first thing that they did was to lay drop cloths from the front door to the furnace room in the basement so as to not soil the floors and staircase. Had I not been there to watch them work I would never have imagined that workmen had been in the house. I have no reason whatsoever to hesitate in choosing to re-use or recommend Woodbridge GTA Climate Care to others.

    Gas Fireplace Maintenance

    A few years ago GTA Climatecare installed our grandfather's gas fireplace. It gets a lot of use in the winter months. This year the fireplace needed some maintenance, ie. it was getting dirty on the inside. GTA Climatecare promptly responded and cleaned up the fireplace. Now it is working better than ever.

    Air Conditioner Move

    I had my air conditioner that I needed to move in the middle of winter due to a basement renovation. I was lucky enough to get directed to GTA Climatecare. The staff were very professional and quick to respond. Within 24 hours I had a quote and they were able to come right away and get it done on the exact day it needed to be done. The service guys were quick and top notch. Everything worked out perfectly and without any stress. I would definitely use them again.

    Air Conditioning/Maintenance

    I suffered through mistakes made with other companies but so glad someone recommended GTA Climatecare to me. I got a competitive price to replace and then maintain my air/heating system. Everyone I met is professional, on-time (or call if running late) and courteous. Polar opposite of too many companies these days. Bravo Woodbridge GTA Climatecare! In fact, I'm recommending them to a neighbor today.

    New Heating/Cooling System

    I recently relocated my offifce to a new space and then faced the challenge of coolling it down in the summer months and helping to keep my costs down in the winter, as the only form of heat was baseboard heaters. From the time I met with Woodbridge I was put at ease. They offered me a solution to fit my needs and my budget and even helped to work out a convenient payment plan for me. Woodbridge made it so easy, from the fiirst visit for the estimate, to the installation and set-up of the new system, and even the billing and payment phase of the project. The representatives I dealt with were knowlegeable and professional, while being kind, courteous and personable. I was treated to an excellent customer experience. My Parents have used this company for years and now I understand exactly why. Thanks so much for all your help Woodbridge, we are all much more comfortable now that we have air conditioning!

    Furnace, AC, Duct Work

    I am very particular and picky, having Woodbrige GTA Climatecare, doing the mechanical work at my house was a pleasant experience. The workmanship was perfect, being punctual polite, carrying a professional attitude treating every job like its there own, is the reason why I would call this company back again and again.
