    Basement valve replacement

    Needed to repair valve for the basement of my commercial building and submit papers to the city. Called Aviv Plumbing and the owner (Michael) and one of his plumber Anthony came and got the job done very quickly and efficently with the price being extremly fair for the work done. They will be my go to plumbers for now on. Highly reccommend.

    Dripping shower

    Quick service, friendly plumber, arrived on time, sent a prealert text when on route. Very happy with the quick service, especially during the Christmas holidays. Easy to arrange a visit with a text or phone call.

    Undermount sink replacement

    Excellent job! My non-standard (Chinese-made) bathroom undermount sink was cracked and the faucet was not properly working. Michael took time to visit my apartment three times: to give his advice on proper replacement sink (the one that I had bought did not fit) and faucet, to make preparations (after I've bought the proper sink) and finally to install the sink and the faucet. He was very professional, courteous and helpful. I would recommend everybody to use his services.

    First class plumbing service!

    Aviv plumbing was prompt to provide an accurate and competitive quote to repair my damaged shower faucets. They provided me with wise decisions on the hardware i needed to purchase. Once the parts came in they were here the next day to install it. Andrig (the plumber) was highly professional and skilled. Not one spec of dust was left and my shower head and rain shower are working like new. I highly recommend this company.

    Dishwasher hookup and kitchen sink drain

    Anthony got the job done well, on time and for a fair price. Hooking up to the existing drain was not straight-forward as the existing line was misplaced and had to be moved. Highly recommended.

    Trustworthy and conscientious

    Great service! I have hired them for all my plumbing needs. They charge reasonably, and the fix stays fixed. They are easy to communicate with. I highly recommend Aviv Plumbing.

    Several projects

    Recommended by a friend, Michael attended to repairs to my shower, toilet, laundry tub faucet, outside water shut off valve, repaired two outside faucets and fixed my kitchen faucet all with such expertise, knowledge and pleasant manner, all in one day at a great price. Don’t bother calling anyone else. Prompt and reliable, I gave AVIV PLUMBING a well-deserved 10.

    Kitchen Faucet Installation

    One of my wife's and my pet peeves when it comes to plumbers is the resulting clean up necessary after their visit. Michael is not only extremely professional but also extremely careful to avoid leaving a mess behind. In addition, he is exceptionally open and helpful with his recommendations as to which faucets to consider and which to avoid. We are so pleased with his workmanship that our next plumbing project will be to install a new toilet in our master bedroom ensuite. There's no question that we'll be using him for that endeavor.

    Toilet replacement and kitchen repairs

    We have counted on this company several times. Particularly this time, quick, caring and reliable. Arrived on time, explained process, efficiently installed and cleaned up. Even helped me lift my sleeping granddaughter's stroller up the stairs! Thank you, Andreij!

    Two Toilets Replaced

    We’ve used Aviv Plumbing on several occasions and have always been pleased. This time we we needed two toilets replaced that had defects and could potentially leak. Michael arranged for the replacements which we purchased and his great team did the plumbing and installation and took the old toilets away. They are professional, on time and efficient and make sure everything is left clean before they leave. The cost is always fair. You can’t go wrong with Aviv.
