A few years ago, we had Royal Home Improvements renovate the powder room and ensuite bathrooms in our home. At the same time, they replaced the ceiling and added pot lights in the basement. We were so pleased with Royal's work that we have called them back to completely renovate our entrance hall and install a new front door. They will also be replacing the countertop and backsplash in the kitchen and installing a wet bar in the basement. Can't wait to see the finished product!

We were very pleased with the entire process. From Alban's very helpful visit and project estimate to Brian, the Project Manager's, superb management, and his very professional crew. Brian was particularly helpful in providing advice and guidance on a number of issues that came up during that period. Sergei was the main man on-site. His workmanship was faultless. The others, including the plumber, tile man, and glass people were also very professional. The project was completed within our time expectation and our budget. We would not hesitate to recommend Royal Home Improvements to anyone contemplating home renovations.

I am the owner of a quite big (~6000 sq.f.) and quite old (~25 years old) house which needed a big renovation. I chose Royal Home Improvements to do this job for me and now I can say - I was so right! From the very beginning and up to the end (a total of two and a half months - yes, it was a really big project!), I felt safe and comfortable, because I knew that somebody thoughtful, knowledgable, experienced and honest was taking very good care of me. All different kind of jobs: hardwood flooring, a basement wall restoration, painting of walls and ceilings, window replacement, shower room renovation, etc. have been done on the highest level of quality. John, Rod, Alan and your team - thank you so so much for your great job with a caring personal touch, I really appreciate it! I will definitely recommend Royal Home Improvements to all my friends and family members who need a house restoration of any kind!!

Following an accident which resulted in a broken hip, I decided to replace the existing bathtub setup with a walk in shower. I met with the Paul Napolitano to discuss my requirements. He provided me with a quote for the work I requested and assigned Mark Davies as my Project Manager. Mark arranged for one of his crews to work on my project and work was started right away. The whole transformation was completed in just five and a half days. I am extremely pleased with the result and especially appreciate the quick work to make his happen. I would highly recommend this company and will use them in future should the need arise for additional renovations.

Royal Home Improvements did high quality work, and finished one month ahead of the deadline. Their task was to tear apart our old main bathroom and build a new one. Royal's staff knew exactly how to do the work. They started the project and worked every day including Saturdays for up to twelve hours per day, until the project was completed to our satisfaction. These professionals knew how to solve problems that arise in refurbishing older homes, so time was not wasted. Of course we would use Royal Home Improvements again; who wouldn't. Indoor construction is invasive by its nature. Our invasion was minimized by having the same staff working all the time from start to finish. March 2016

We had Royal renovate our basement, including new pot lights, replacement of two old windows, and a new drywalled ceiling. Dean Eyford responded to our request for quote and worked hard to provide a good price for my scope demands. Royal’s quote wasn’t the cheapest, but I was impressed with the level of detail in the quote and felt confident in their ability to get the job done on time. The work got off to a bit of a rough start due to the original project manager’s employment with Royal coming to an end, but Alex and Arian were able to get things back on track. They finished almost everything on schedule, with just a couple minor tweaks and touch-ups after. Thank you to the whole Royal team for your hard work.

With less than 3 months to go before a family wedding, we decided to renovate two family bathrooms completely in anticipation of guests staying at our home. A bathroom vanity retailer provided us with a list of reputable contractors that included Royal Homes Improvement. Some on the list didn’t return our phone calls but Royal contacted us immediately to arrange a site visit. The sales person (Aric) was very helpful and the scope of the project was clearly defined as was our short time frame. Everything was completely documented and the project manager (Mark) and the lead contractor (Wes) visited the site to confirm everything before the job began. We nearly fell over on the first day when the Royal Home Improvements team arrived on time and then proceeded to lay drop cloths throughout each floor of our house in order to keep mess from their foot traffic to a minimum. The cloths were clean enough to be table linen and just as white. At the end of each day, everything was left clean and tidy. Everyone who worked in our house was respectful and pleasant to have around. All the work went according to plan and the quality of workmanship displayed over the course of the renovation was excellent. It was no issue when we requested small design changes as the work progressed and each request was handled professionally. Overall, we were extremely impressed and satisfied with Royal Home Improvements commitment to complete the two bathrooms in the time frame agreed to and we have no hesitation in recommending their services. We are sincerely grateful to everyone at Royal, especially to Mark who managed the project so well and to Wes and his crew who made it all happen.

My flagstone walk, stairs and patio had suffered from grout breaking up and some movement over the years (the original work was done approximately 18 years ago). I spent a few months researching and calling potential repair companies. I had difficulty in getting many of the firms to even bother coming out to review what needed to be done and providing a quote. Other firms provided quotes but didn't seem to be particularly interested in actually doing the work or didn't seem to be knowledgeable about what needed to be done. Finally I called Royal Home Improvements. They were prompt in getting back to me, reviewing the work that needed to be done and providing a detailed quote. They did an excellent job in doing the repairs, including repairing and replacing one flagstone that had broken loose from my back stairs. They arrived when they said they would and they left the work area spotless after the job was finished. I would highly recommend them.

Project Manager Mark Davies, along with his Team did an excellent job on the renovations of our main Bathroom. The advise and suggestions provided resulted in a Bathroom not only extremely functional but one that we proudly display to our Friends and Family. This is a Company that definitely "Walks the Talk". I recently had a old cement patio ripped up and replaced with pavers and also had a privacy fence installed. Keith and Eldon and crew did an excellent job. The project was well managed as Keith kept me up to date on timing and what to expect, patiently answered my questions and resolved any issues that arose. The work was done quickly and without delays. Eldon and Zeo did beautiful work, gave good advice and suggestions and left the yard clean and tidy. Many thanks to the team at RHI.
