    Bathroom Renovation

    I had been considering a bathroom renovation for a while, but kept resisting because of the anticipated mess. Finally "bit the bullet" and hired Royal Homes to do the renovation. Cannot tell you how extremely pleased I was by the professional manner in which it was carried out with hardly any mess. My Project Manager was Keith Routt, who was always available to answer any questions I had. Thanks again to Wes, Jack, Stanley and Matthew. Bathroom looks like a magazine shoot Would not hesitate to recommend Royal Homes and will definitely have them for my next project.

    Kitchen and Bathroom Renovation

    I hired Royal Home Improvements to renovate my kitchen and bathroom after i saw the work they did on my neighbour's kitchen. The guy i dealt with, was Mark Davies. He was very helpful on assisting us with every concern we had about the project. The whole project lasted just a bit over two weeks and we were very happy with the results and Mark's sugestion's worked like a charm. Hiring them again to do my wall unit as soon as i have the budget for it. Thanks Mark.

    front porch, stairs and border on driveway

    Recently Royal Home Improvements arranged to resurface my porch, replace the steps and railing and provide a stone border for the driveway. As well, they replaced a section of wood fencing at the back of the driveway. All of the sub contractors were professional, courteous, efficient and friendly. The stone work, in particular, is spectacular. I found all of the sub contractors professional, efficient and pleasant to have on my property. All of the work was overseen by a very efficient project manager who ensured the work was done well and on time and also made many useful suggestions. I highly recommend Royal Home Improvements for any renovation project.

    Bathroom Renovation

    Dear Sir, We have just recently seen our bathroom renovation completed. What a dream come true. It was exciting deciding what we would like the room to look like and picking out so many pieces to suit. But that excitement was nothing compared to seeing the "Royal" personnel putting it together- wall and floor tiles fitting so well they looked as though they have been poured in place. Hard wear products places exactly as we required- all this done along with friendly, expert advice. Project Manager, Pat McKernan was a giant of strength. In his ability to guarantee that the piece we wanted would be available and on time, as well as his humour, expert advice and immediate response to phone calls and questions. A kudo to Alex Balm for his affiliation. It certainly isn't difficult to recommend "Royal" for "Home Improvements" Respectfully, Lewis Hadden

    Bathroom Renovation

    Just a short note to express our thanks to your entire crew for our beautiful new bathroom. Special thanks to Patrick, Jay and Ryan. They paid great respect to the rest of the house and its inhabitants (two fussy humans and two curious dogs). The site was kept as clean as humanly possible from start to finish. They were on time and didn’t waste a minute. The inevitable glitches (old house-new equipment) were dealt with effectively. The sub-contractors (special electrical wiring and some complicated plumbing) were efficient and professional. Ideas were exchanged and problems dealt with as they arose. The designer was a big help at the start and the three main men came up with some pretty good suggestions along the way too. Patrick checked in every day and jumped in whenever necessary. The two main contractors, Jay and Ryan, listened to our concerns and questions and patiently explained what, how, when or whatever was needed. These three young men were professional, courteous, did a wonderful job and were a pleasure to have in our home. The job was on time, on budget and turned out better than expected and more beautiful than imagined. We heartily recommend Royal Home Improvements. George & Lynn Wick

    Kitchen

    Royal was as advertised - reliable, respectful,and worked within budget. All personnel were a pleasure to work with ,informing us of their coming into our home, always leaving our home neat and tidy. The work done was as described. Thanks to Alban, Mark,Wes and Andy !

    Wall unit

    I had a wall unit custom built for my condo. We have 13 foot ceilings and wanted something large to fill the wall. the designer came and listened to my needs, then took measurements and drew a design. After making a couple of changes, I ordered the unit. Within a few weeks, the unit was installed and painted to match the bannister that is adjacent to the unit. i could not have asked for a more seamless and satisfying experience.

    Kitchen Renovation

    Dear Mr. Napolitano: I have just had my kitchen renovated and wanted to let you know how much I appreciated my project manager, Alban Matrushi. Alban was a pleasure to work with and certainly went above and beyond his duty, including driving me to pick out tiles and once just dropping me off when I was going shopping. It is this sort of "extra care" that will have me recommending Royal Home Improvements to friends and neighbours.     Living room, dining room and bathroom

    To Alban and team, Eric and I would like to thank you and your crew for the excellent renovations made to our living room, dining room and bathroom. Everyone who comes in really admires the new hardwood floors as well as the new tile in the bathroom. I want to especially thank you for your calm manner when listening and answering all the questions we had for you. The crew was polite and very helpful when lifting furniture and putting it back in place. It was really fun watching our outdated home shine with all the improvements.     Outdoor walkway and backyard cabana

    This is my fourth time hiring Royal Home Improvements and I must say, as in the past I haven't been disappointed. The work that was done was professional and detailed. It was important to the contractors that I was totally happy with the renovations and should there be a problem they were more than happy to rectify the situation. I had a set plan for the construction on my front walkway, but it was reassuring to get advice from my project manager on a better way on handling the renovation. In the end, I'm glad we went with Royal Home Improvements suggestion. Not only did it save me money, it looks far better. I'm at a stage now of saving up more money to contact them for more renos (I haven't told my husband yet). Many thanks to the team at Royal Home Improvements
