We purchased five appliances and I’m not an expert at appliances which I clearly communicated to the sales team. If you are similar to me then, when dealing with Appliance Canada I highly recommend: 1) Prior to purchasing any product get a site inspection of your kitchen to understand any implications during installation i.e. water supply for the fridge, air duct size 4,6,8, 10, gas installation, conversation of 220v to 110v, etc. 2) There is no after (post) sales support. If you have a problem with the product Appliance Canada is not responsible. You must deal directly with the manufacturer. The manufacturer hires a third partner service vendor. I hope this helps

When my 10 year old Electrolux fridge stopped freezing and I couldn't find anyone to come the same day, Rick from AC Appliance Repair showed up in a few hours as agreed, checked the fridge and explained all the options in details. While he was there, I also asked him to repair my electric range burner. He provided fast and professional service at a very reasonable price! I will definitely call Rick for all my appliance repairs in the future! I highly recommend his service!

3 stars because the prices are good but you better pray nothing arrives damaged because if it does you're on your own. Customer service at Appliance Canada is non-existant. I would have rather paid MSRP at a store that cared. MD

I recently put an order in for a product from Appliance Canada which I had to cancel because I found a similar product in a scratch and dent sale at considerable savings. My experience throughout the sale with Bob Roberts had been very positive one so I felt very bad calling in the cancellation. I couldn't have been more surprised and pleased with how Larry Galea handled the situation. After confirming the reason for the cancellation and understandably putting his best offer and cautions on the table, he conferred with his sales manager, quickly called me back, and processed a full refund over the phone. AC will always be my starting point for purchasing my appliances...see below. 4 years ago, I renovated my kitchen and installed all new appliances which I purchased through Steve Miller at Appliance Canada. He worked very hard to match and source the right products with my very picky needs and had it delivered on time, intact, and on budget. You are guaranteed to get the best price because AC with their price match policy so do your homework. The big advantage is you get to see such a wide variety of products in one place with knowledgeable staff to guide you. Great store to visit whether you live locally or must come from afar. It truly is a one stop shop.

I purchased a Weber Summit Natural Gas Grill over the phone, they offered it at a great price plus included free delivery. Order was placed on Wednesday and arrived on Friday. Delivery crew called an hour before delivery as request, moved it into place, unboxed and removed all external packaging so I could do a full inspection. I was very happy with everything.

I purchased my appliances at Appliance Canada after researching several appliance stores. The selection is great and I was somewhat satisfied with the final price for all appliances. I received free delivery for the appliances, however later found out that Appliance Canada contracts out the delivery and unfortunately, the delivery crew is not professional at all. My hardwood floors in my kitchen were horribly scratched despite taking precautions to protect my floors with mats. When I called Appliance Canada, I was told there is nothing they could do because I should have told them at the time while they were there before signing off. However, I did not think to remove the mats as I would have expected the delivery crew to know what they are doing. In future, I would opt to pay for delivery as the damage caused to my floors far exceeds the $150 delivery would have cost in the first place. Customer service after purchase not so great and I most likely will purchase my appliances elsewhere in the future.

We bought a new home and wanted to accessorize it to our taste. We worked with Charlie at Appliance Canada and he was extremely pleasant and courteous to deal with. He is a professional chef so his feedback was extremely important to us. Great experience.

Go elsewhere. Purchased a washer that after 2 years went bad, paid out of pocket to fix it. Purchased a brand new dish (Bosch) only to find that it only works with one detergent!, purchased a new fridge that sounds like a tractor trailer (kitchen aid). Follow up service is a joke. Buy elsewhere

We purchased 5 appliances from Appliance Canada for our kitchen renovation. We believe we got an excellent price through a manufacturers promo. The salesperson (Brian) was efficient and responsive while we evaluated the options/prices. The delivery guys were extremely good. Very careful, didn't complain about carrying in the huge fridge and were very friendly. The wrinkle was that one appliance was missing on delivery but I managed to resolve the problem quickly. So far so good.

Got a new dishwasher (BOSCH) from Appliance Canada (Vaughan Location) Vito was amazing in getting the product I want, delivering it on time and the people were amazing to deal with. Ill be visiting Vito on my next purchase. Thanks
