Everything looks great. Joe did a great job on the door on Friday. Both Joe and Gemma were great. I normally don't like to have people in the house but they are so professional, punctual and pleasant that I didn't mind at all. And the end result of their work was GREAT.

I had to get a rental painted fast before the new tenants got in. Under the gun to get it done in a hurry I was a bit over the barrel, a lot of other companies gave me some crazy quotes! Renaissance gave me a good price and got it now in a hurry!

We bought a new condo in downtown Toronto and wanted fully painted before we moved in. Since we had no experience with hiring painters I went on the net looking for painters and hopefully recommendations. I found Renaissance Painters on HomeStars and saw that it had lots of great reviews. I contacted Jason and he was very helpful and agreed to meet at a time that worked best for us. At our meeting we only had the drawings of the unit but he still came up up some great recommendations and even helped us select the colours. We only had 3 weeks to do all the work (hardwood floors,painting,etc.) and Jason worked with to ensure that the painting would fit in. Another challenge was that the ceilings are 11' high. The painters arrived on time and really paid attention to detail. The head painter Mario even took the time to assess the builders finished walls and pointed out numerous issues which, with my approval, he fixed to perfection. To say we are happy with the job they did would be an understatement. The job was done on time and in budget. It looks amazing and 99% of visitors complement us on the paint job and colours. I would recommend these guys to anyone and already have!

Contracted Renaissance to complete a minor job that I just didn't have the time to do myself; the painting of two bedrooms. I received a prompt reply after leaving a message and was provided with a quick quote. The owner of the company is extremely courteous and professional and was able to accommodate my schedule. One of his employees arrived on the set date and completed the project. Some issues I had... I'm an extremely particular person and was told the painter was attentive to detail, sometimes to a fault, which gave me some sense of relief. However, the skepticism began to set in when I first noticed that none of the top door/window frames were taped off, which resulted in streaks being visible from over the edge. Once completed, I did a once over and saw paint splashes everywhere; window frames, doors, door frames etc. Corners weren't completely painted, and had to be redone. In the end, I ended up having to spend another hour going over the various areas and addressing these issues myself. Lastly, the quoted price reflected the fact that I would be supplying the paint, which I did. Once completed, the painter claimed that he would need another $5 for tape, which left me completely dumbfounded. Do carpenters charge extra for using nails?? This has nothing to do with the $5, it's totally out of principle. You would think when you contract someone out to do a job, the tools and/or accessories required to complete that job would be included in the quoted price unless otherwise indicated. Overall, I can't say I'm dissatisfied. But I contracted this company based on the high reviews it's received. After this experience, I can't say that I believe they were all warranted unless I happened to be the anomaly.

The crew was professional, pleasant and did a fabulous job. I couldn't be more impressed. From the initial quoting and colour consultation to completing the painting in one day, everything went just as promised. As part of a larger renovation to the house, I can attest to how rare that is! Follow up after the job was equally professional. I will definitely be recommending you to anyone who asks!

The Renaissance Painters Crew was amazing!!!! I just moved into my new home and wanted to paint the whole house inside and out but wanted it done fast ......I thought it would take maybe about a week but I was guaranteed it would be done in two days!! Renaissance Painters really do stick to there words because my house was painted in a day and a half!!! The painting crew were on time both days, were very neat and clean and are very very hard workers. I can be a very hard person to please but one thing I can say is that I couldn`t find one thing that the Renaissance Crew did wrong....So worth every penny and I would recommend this company to anyone who wants professional work done. Thank-you Renaissance Painters for all your hard work.

On a very short notice I needed to sand and paint the bedroom in my basement as the contractor who was supposed to do the job kept delaying the work day after day. I called Renaissance Painters in the morning and spoke to Jason explaining that I need someone to come today in the afternoon and start working in order to complete the job tomorrow. Jason was very polite and did his best to find someone on so short notice, literally a few hour notice. The work was done well and completed on time. I am most grateful to Renaissance Painters for the help.

The two painters from Renaissance Painters did an excellent job on our Victorian house. It has a great deal of detail work and they managed all of it well. They were pleasant and efficient.

My kitchen cabinets look impeccable. The crew really went to town taking the cabinets down, refinishing them at their base, and bringing them back like new. I could have sworn my cabinets were new cabinets, that's how good my kitchen looks right now. I made the right choice with Renaissance Painters.

Renaissance painted a faux finish in a couple of our rooms, and repainted our dining room and great room to our ultimate satisfaction. Vasso was very courteous, and Jason was very knowledgeable upon dealing with him upon consultation. Would recommend and use again.
