My husband and our cleaning lady saw mice in our old house. we tried to get rid of them ourselves and thought that the problem was gone but after 4 months they were back. We found about Wahid and his company on homestar and had him come in. he was on time, very polite and professional. He explained his technique and told us that our mice problem was not serious and he would take care of it for sure. 3 weeks has passed and we haven't seen anything yet...finger crossed our problem should be gone.

This really works, it just took some strategical placed medicines around the house which are hardly noticable and that was all it took to solve the problem. I highly recommed this company.

My wife and I recently discovered evidence of mice in our home and called Pesticon. They were quick to reply, showed up when they said they would and were unfailingly honest (Waheed told me that he didn't think that the small scale of our problem needed his services, and that he would feel badly for taking our money). Last Fall, we had some kind of infestation in our home. I researched HomeStars for pest control companies and decided to call Pesticon. Mr. Ahmed was prompt in responding to our call. Although it took awhile for the bugs to disappear, he was willing to spray again, on our request, free of charge. We appreciated his trustworthiness and dedication to great customer service. When my partner and I saw a mud-tube coming out of our kitchen ceiling, we realized we had a problem on our hands... termites! After researching several companies, we called Waheed Ahmed at Pesticon and asked him to come over to assess the situation. He looked at the mud-tube and diagnosed it to be what we feared, but he assured us that the problem could be treated. Waheed came back to our residence and addressed the situation. Waheed is extremely reliable (he is always at his telephone when you call him, ready to answer your question), knowledgeable (his assessment was very thorough) and professional. The quality about Waheed that we value, above all, is his desire to make sure his client's best interest is served. It is so comforting to know that you are in the hands of a contractor who puts your well-being first, and everything else - including compensation - second. Waheed is an individual who possesses compassion and integrity, and we truly value his guidance and hard work.

When we received word from our tenants that one or more raccoons was trapped between the second and third floor of our building and could not escape, we were concerned and contacted Pesticon right away. They attended right away to install a one way trap door. When the raccoon still could not escape but was making distressed sounds in the middle of the night, concerned about the safety of the animal, they returned at midnight on a holiday weekend to enlarge the hole and help the animal to escape. They later replaced the trap door with wire mesh to keep other animals out. They have provided a 1 year waranty promising no other animals will return to that hole. Thx Pesticon!

Excellent work. Very professional. I had Ahmed come over to my place in the summer and to get rid of my ants in my backyard. He came back the second time and did some work at my other rental property for bed bugs. On both occasions I find him honest and trust worthy pro. I would defiantly recommend him to my friends and relative.

I am living in row town house in down town Toronto struggling with these small ants my fellow got the contact number of mr Ahmed since he did the treatment we didnt see single ants after Love the service provided.
