Noticed some unsavoury critters milling about the front interior of our house. At first glance, my girlfriend and I both agreed they looked to be cockroaches. Terrible. Nothing creeps me out more than the idea of cockroaches inside my home. We called PestiCon based on positive online reviews and spoke with a very nice woman who had a team out to our place that same day. She outlined the cost and procedure ahead of time to ensure there were no surprises. Mr. Patel from Pesticon arrived and was highly thorough and professional. He did an outside inspection to see where any bugs or rodents could enter the home from outside and pointed these out and explained best practices to have this corrected. Once inside he quickly realised that the problem were not cockroaches at all but in fact, Boxelder Bug (also called Stinky Bugs). It seemed the entire neighbourhood, and many parts of Etobicoke and West Toronto are seeing a steep incline in this infestation of bugs. Turns out they are harmless and are more a nuisance as they just like to lay out in the sun and bathe. They live and breed in the trees outside. Mr Patel was highly knowledgeable and saved us both time and money since we did not have to take all the steps required to combat a cockroach infestation inside the home. He made the proper suggestions to alleviate the issue in regards to a Boxelder Bug problem at the outside of the house and tips on how to make sure they do not look to come inside. Highly recommended services.

Having our chimney repaired, the cap was left open long enough for little critters to get into our ash collector. We called Pesticon on a Sunday afternoon and Blair showed up within a couple of hours and was able to rescue the squirrel. Highly recommend Pesticon. Thanks Blair!!

My wife and I moved into a recently renovated house. It was done as a flip and the previous owner had lived in the house for over 50 years. There was a roach infestation inherited. Obviously, my wife was a little more than turned off moving into a brand new reno and finding German cockroaches in and around the front door at the rate of about one a day. I called Pesticon based on online reviews and the recommendation of a friend. I was greeted on the phone with a woman who was affable, understanding and fully empathetic of the concern. She quoted a price, explained the procedure and dispatched a truck to our home for only a couple hours later that same day. Exterminator arrived on time - was courteous (removed shoes at the door without asking as he noticed this is required tiquette in our home), explained everything he was going to do and was finished all 3 floors within 45 minutes. He made sure I was comfortable with his work and allowed me to pay via card with a mobile payment machine. Have not had any further issues and can not be more impressed with the level of care and professionalism this company offered from start to finish. Truly class and top rate experience.

I hire Pesticon to keep the mouse bait stations outside and inside of our house stocked up. They have a 6 month warranty - which means if the bait gets eaten up, they come refill free within those 6 months. Iftikar gave great advice every time he was here. I will keep renewing every 6 months to keep the little monsters out of my home.
