We had a sudden infestation of flies ... Tried to resolve ourselves, without success. Pesticon was only company to return our call right away .. Came out next day at 6:30am. By next day, problem resolved! Friendly, prompt and effective service.

Manish Patel was our service provider. He was fast, professional and courteous. He explained everything that he was doing in detail, and so far, results are as promised.

We had problem of bed bug in our unit in Mar 2016. I called Pesticon to handle my situation because it was getting worst. A technician iftikhar came and he thouroughly inspected the effected areas and performed through treatment. Iftikhar did an excellent service with follow up treatment. He was very knowledgeable technician and entomologist and knows very well about the bed bugs biology. Technician Ifitkhar was very professional, friendly and cooperative. He assured us that if we need more visit or service, he will do happily those visit free of cost (within warranty period) until we will satisfy and bed bug finished. He advised us lot of good tips. He did not do just job or just visit for treatment. He done job with dedication and honesty. He well analyzed the whole situation and choose best treatment. Since after the treatment, I have never seen a single bed bug till now. (it is almost 6 months has been passed). Pesticon gave longest warranty period and more free treatments for their warranty period. Their prices were best and very reasonable. We work out a lot and checked with lot of companies, Pesticon offered best price and treatment options. I would highly recommend Iftikhar and Pesticon for such an excellent service to my friends.

It's a good company and they are very patient in explaining everything. We still had some ants problem after first service, but they came next day to fix it the next day. No problem now.

I would have liked to have time to remove dishes and food from the kitchen. It was done as Patel was spraying. As for the elimination of the pests I think it may have worked. Time will tell.

Even though the outdoors can't possibly be guaranteed Iftikhar was kind enough to come out 2 months after our origional service inside our house to treat the outdoor concrete ants. Exceptional service and would use this company again without exception if the need arises. The Chase, Mississauga
