This was our second time purchasing an A/C and humidifier from Renato. Left him our garage codes and everything was installed and tested by the time we got home from work. He's very honest and a pleasure to do business with. We have also called him when our old furnace broke down and he was there the same day helping us out. Would highly recommend him!

I contacted Renato amongst 6 others bidders for replacing my furnace and AC. Renato's price was reasonable and he was the one inspiring the most trust: he explained the drivers to choice the right set up, provided some market insights to substantiate his case and all the licenses to show his credibility. His follow up on the phone was fast and efficient. His team did come on time and complete the job on time and to their commitment. I consider my experience with Renato's team as very successful and I would recommend it to whoever would need a similar service.

3 days ago, our furnace did not work. Called a large company and they dispatched a technician. There was a crack in heat exchanger and recommended a new furnace. I called 3 companies for 3 quotes. Received quote and detailed presentation from another company. Renato gave me a phone quote and he came by within an hour to give second opinion after inspection. He gave his advice. We decided to hire Renato and his team after cost-benefits analysis. On the day of installation, Renato and his crew arrived early and completed the installation efficiently. They left our basement clean and tidy. His service cost is reasonable and customer service is excellent. He answered all our questions to our satisfaction. Hiring him and his team for future HVAC services is a no-brainer.

My house was extremely cold and found no warm air coming from the ducts. I phoned Renato and he was at my home within 30 minutes. He found three faulty parts and luckily had them in his van. The repair was done within 30 minutes. Fantastic service! He also explained the need for the vents to be exposed as some were covered by rugs. He also said the ducts needed to be cleaned for the furnace to run at optimal capacity. I am extremely happy with the service by Reanato and AirHeating Plus.

I fully recommend Renato. Our furnace failed one cold night, and he answered my inquiry right away. We were warm again the next day (we needed a part) and he also identified another issue and fixed it. We were under warranty but our installer had gone bankrupt, and Renato spent a lot of his own time chasing the warranty company for payment, all the while keeping me informed by text and phone. He is a very honest man and great to work with. He definitely will be our new furnace guy; I plan to hire him to do our spring system check!

In November, our gas furnace wouldn't start: the fan would run so air would blow through it, but the heater wouldn't engage. I did some quick online research and came up with a couple theories, all of which would require someone who knew what they were doing. I found Air Heating Plus here on HomeStars. I spoke with Renato, the owner I think, directly when I called and he pretty much diagnosed the problem over the phone based on my description. He fit me into his schedule that same day and came by in person after finishing another job he was on. His diagnosis turned out to be bang on, he replaced the thermostat, tweaked the furnace settings, and like that, everything was working like new. He was professional and efficient. Honestly, if you are looking for an honest technical man with great Heat and Air conditioning knowledge from one side and reasonable price from other side plus punctuality, I can say call Renato. Finding such a people is very hard nowadays. In my case, my furnice motor shut down at Saturaday night in winter time and cold weather. I called a few guys on Sunday with no proper response. Fortunately, one of my friend gave Renatoncontact info and I called him Sunday morning. Renato asked me some questions and came up with solutions and quotations after 10 minutes. He came to my home immidiatly from Mississauga to Markham and changed the motor in less than an hour. He checked the air quality and fixed my air ducts in/out without any extra charge. Even he did not accept my tip for extra works on duct works. I checked his price with a few other Companies and understood he was very reasonable and non beatable. I would strongly suggest him to anyone who wants to repair or install AC or heater. Thanks, Mike

Our furnace decided to quit on us two nights ago. I called another company that did their best but didn't understand my problem. When I spoke to Renato at Air Heating plus, he understood my problem over the phone. This made me believe he knew what he was talking about. The long and short is that he delivered a courteous, quick and professional service. I am still waiting for a lot of other contractors to call me back despite these time being winter. Air Plus Heating through delivered where time is of the essence. The installation took less that 90 minutes. I am really happy with the outcome so far bearing in mind that the installer crew just left my house.

Air Heating Plus Ltd. "Renato" was a blessing, just as we hit a cold spell our furnace had decided to break - Renato came to our rescue, I had made countless phone calls to others with very little progress. Renato came to our house very quickly, sat with us and gave us a number of different options as well as the knowledge to make the right decision for our home. Service could not have been any quicker, reliable and completed as quickly as Air Heating Plus could have provided us. Renato and his team installed a 4 ton American Standard air conditioner in our new house. They were honest, professional, and did an excellent job with the install. His pricing was also very competitive.
