Old central air conditioner had to be replaced. Renato came to give me an estimate. We discussed various options including sizing, efficiency, pros and cons of various manufacturers. After reviewing quotes from other HVAC contractors, I chose Air Heating Plus and American Standard. Installation was prompt, clean and very professional including all the paperwork for OPA rebate. Renato and his team are great to work with. Highly recommended; honest value.

We turned on the air conditioner to find that it wasn't cooling our house. We called Renato from AirHeating Plus and he was there as soon as we finished work the next day. Renato showed us exactly what was wrong and took the time to explain to us, in plain words with no nonsense, our options. Although we had to replace the unit, we were relieved to have our new unit installed very quickly and professionally for a very reasonable price. I placed a service call to Air Heating plus during the most recent heat wave as our A/C unit was not working. Renato promptly returned my call and we set up an appointment. Renato was very professional, courteous and most of all honest in his recommendation and servicing of the A/C unit. Although the A/C was approximately 13 years old, Renato was able to fix the issue quickly and at a very reasonable price. He also was very thorough in his troubleshooting of the issue and explained everything that he was doing. Renato also provided pricing on a new A/C and furnace as they are due for replacement and when it comes time to do this work Renato will be the one who I will call. Thank you Renato.

Our air conditioner was having trouble starting up on one of this summer's really hot days here in Toronto. I had called another company, which had done some maintenance work for the previous owners, and their representative spent 5 minutes with us; basically told us that the compressor was dead, and offered to replace it for $1200 or the whole AC unit for $2000+ (and then took his fee for a "service visit")! I'm so glad that we decided to get a second opinion from Renato at AirHeatingPlus. Over the phone, he was extremely helpful, and suggested numerous reasons why the unit might be having trouble (besides the compressor needing replacement for $$$), and let us know what the cost and work involved for each repair would be. The problem ended up being fairly minor, and while Renato did charge us a fee for his service visit, he spent extra time with us, suggesting inexpensive ways that we could prolong the life of both the air conditioner and the furnace. He was great about letting us know what our options for repair or replacement in the future might be, without pressuring us with a hard sell. As a new homeowner, I feel that I really learned a great deal from him -- definitely worth the cost of his time! If we do decide to repair or replace in the future, my first call will be to Renato.

Renato Boskovic, who is the owner of Air Heating Plus ltd., installed a completely new air conditioning unit, new pipes and condenser with a 10 year warranty. The work was top notch. He was respectful of my home and was early for the appointment and completed job on time and at the price he quoted. Very friendly service, all questions were answered. Best service I have encountered in the GTA. I would recommend Mr Boskovic to anyone absolutely.

Eight year old conditioner did not seem to cool the house down very fast (4,000 sq.ft). Renato came, checked the unit and topped up the refrigerant. Found nothing wrong. Checked all the registers in the house. Came back next day with an associate who cut an opening in the furnace duct to check to see if the coil was dirty. Coil was OK. Cut and fitted a removal access panel for the duct. Conclusion was that the Air Conditioner Unit was too small for the size of the house. Renato apologized for not being able to improve the cooling and only charged $150 for two visits including an additional serviceman for the second visit. Apology was totally unnecessary since there was nothing wrong with the unit itself, other than being too small for the house. Renato is prompt, reliable and honest.

I was given a natural gas BBQ and had a capped gas outlet on my deck but needed to have the quick connect installed. I contacted Air Heating Plus and two other companies. Renato responded by email within the hour and phoned me the next morning to discuss the work and provide a quote. One of the other companies still hasn't called back after 3 weeks! When I decided to go ahead with Air Heating Plus Renato was able to come over within about an hour. He was quick, thorough and very personable. He made sure my gas fireplaces were working after turning the gas back on (and showed me how to restart it if it ever goes out). After this already great experience I was pleasantly surprised to receive a follow up message from Renato to make sure everything was okay and to say he hoped we were enjoying our BBQ!

Unbelievable service and price for a 3 tonne ac unit from Renato and his team. They came over to look at the house and where the ac unit would go before giving me a quote. Very flexible for the installation date and made sure it was a convenient time for us. Overall very satisfied with the customer service they provided and would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I was looking to replace my old air conditioner that came with the house. Called Renato, and after a quick discussion he gave me a quote on the phone that was in the ballpark of other quotes that I had recv'd. He came over took a look at what needed to be done, explained it to me well and confirmed the quote he had given me earlier. Next day I had a new a/c installed. There was no surprises, no extra cost. No mess was left behind. Two days later it was above 30 C and the a/c worked flawlessly with no issues. I had a very satisfactory experience with the entire process from start to finish, and would not hesitate recommending him to anyone else. He follows up after the service as well.
