We would like to thank AirHeating Plus for their work. We received estimates from various other companies and Renato made us feel the most comfortable. Not only with the price but also his great knowledge of the product that we were looking for, and his friendly attitude. He explained the process from start to finish and was not annoyed with all of our many questions. He was very straight forward and to the point, professional and overall he did have the best price. When AirHeating Plus arrived at our house for the installation they were on time and very courteous. They did a wonderful job, they were neat and quick. I met with them during the home & Garden show. From the first moment they were very straight with us and gave us as much of information they could possibly could. We met at that show over 10 contractors and we ask 3 of them to give us a home visit. They were the only one to show up on time. They were very professional and provided us with the best fit for our home. We decided to go with them after doing a long search on the web on the unit they offered. On the installation day, they showed up again on time and did a very clean and professional job. We now enjoy the A/C (which I was very worried to see if it will work as promised).

Renato came to our house to install our AC. He is very polite and professional. He showed up on time, and he cleaned up all of his mess. His pricing is very reasonable and he sells quality units. He and his team is very knowledgeable, they do pay attention to detail. They took the time to explain to me some details of my furnace and home that I was unaware of. They actually found something very unsafe in my brand new home, they took the time to point it out, rather than to ignore it. The item is under builder warranty, but I never would have discovered it if it was not for their team. He even took the time to call me back to be sure my builder was looking after my problems for me. I highly recommend Air Heating Plus, you will not be disappointed. Renato and his team are great people that do quality work, and I will hire them again for any future work we may have. This is one business card that I will file away for future work

I found Air Heating Plus Ltd. on Homestars and after calling around for air conditioner pricing with some other companies, I decided to make my purchase from Renato of Air Heating Plus Ltd. since I was offered the best price I could find. Renato came out to check out where the AC would be installed and also explained the installation process (what will go where, what will be done) thoroughly - Renato definitely knows what he's talking about! When Renato and his team came out, they arrived even ahead of scheduled time (so they are certainly prompt) and professionally installed our new 2 ton American Standard air conditioner and humidifier. I was impressed that after the installation was complete, Renato made sure that the AC unit was tested to ensure it was in working order. Renato later showed my husband and I how to properly use the humidifier and change the filter. Additionally, Renato helped us register our warranties and didn't leave until the job was 100% completed. The entire transaction was conducted with professionalism and genuine concern to make my husband and I happy customers. We're really happy we chose Air Heating Plus Ltd. for our cooling needs and have recommended to others. Thank you to Renato and his great team!

I had a grate experience with Air heating plus ! Ranato is a good guy he told me his best price right off the bat and did not waste any of my time .I shopped around and he was diffidently competitive so I booked a date. He showed up on time was super clean when installing the unit and took the time to explain everything to me GRATE JOB !!!!

Was referred by a friend to AirHeatingPlus Ltd, and am very happy that we made the choice to go with the services of this company for our recent A/C installation. The owner, Renato,came to our home on a weeknight to explain to us our different options for AC. He was here for almost an hour, answering all of our questions. I appreciated his willingness to come to our home on at a time that was convenient for us. Most businesses won't meet with potential customers after 5pm, but Renato met with us then, and we didn't feel rushed. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. Our appointment was scheduled far in advance, and a few days before our appointment, Renato phoned to confirm that he'd be coming. Him and his crew came to our house when expected, and their work was top notch, even during a downpour. I felt bad that they were working in poor weather, but they didn't act like they minded at all. Very professional. When they came in the house, they removed their shoes without us asking. I appreciated that because we have a new home, and many time delivery companies will not remove their shoes/throw down a runner/wear a shoe covering. Again, this type of attention to detail is what made us a happy client. When the work was completed, Renato showed us in detail how to work our AC and our humidifier. He recognized that we were new to all of this, and took the time to walk us through the maintenance and care of our new units. Finally, a week after the installation, we received all of our warranty information in the mail. He took the time to register it all for us, although we didn't even ask him to do that- very much appreciated. Long story short- I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to buy an AC. In fact, a neighbour just recently asked me who I dealt with, and I just passed along the contact info of AirHeatingPlus Ltd to them. Furnace was leaking considerable water. I found a broken hose myself and patched it. Still leaking from elsewhere. E-mailed Air Heating describing situation and received a phone call soon after from Renato who identified the problem as a leaking gasket. He have me an estimate and said that If I preferred I could find another contractor closer who might quote lower. I chose to stay with Air Heating. The gasket had to be ordered from the States and since it was Easter Week-end Renato said that he would have it by Monday. He arrived on Monday with a colleague and repaired the furnace in approx 90 minutes. They left with furnace working. Later I changed the thermostat setting and the furnace no longer turned on. Renato came back in the morning and showed me what I had done wrong. He did not charge for this extra visit. Renato followed up two or three more times by phone to make sure that everything was OK. I had a concern about the cost of the replacement gasket which was a quite large metal item rather than a simple seal but eventually accepted it. Just like car parts these days, overly expensive. Renato only charged one hours labour whereas he spent at least 1.5 hours plus the return visit. He also had a manufacturer's representative come to the house while he was here. Renato almost overwhelms you with his friendliness and follow-ups. I highly recommend Air Heating Plus.

Within 22 hrs of my call, Renato figured out the problem, order & installed the faulty part all at a fair price. Plus, he inspected my furnace & showed me how to conduct the general maintenance. As a 1st time home owner, I learnt a lot.

I found AirHeatingPlus on Homestars. Renato came by for the initial visit the same day that I called and provided a competitive quote on a couple of A/C options. I emphasized that I wanted a system that would be of high enough combined efficiency with my existing furnace in order to qualify for an OPA rebate and Renato committed to doing just that in the most economical way possible. When given the go ahead Renato was diligent to confirm the rebate amount with the OPA for the particular combination of A/C, coil, and furnace AHEAD of the install. I was impressed with Renato and Slawek's attention to detail during the 5hr install and wouldn't hesitate doing business again and/or recommending to friends. Thanks again!
