Renato was awesome! He arrived on time, examined the furnace and humidifier, completed the work as described in our phone conversation and did it all on budget. We will definitely call him in again to assist us.

My humidifer was down due to negligence on my part. And my furnace was also past due for a check-up, so based on HomeStars recommendations I called Renato. As I expected from his high rating on HomeStars, he was swamped with work, and couldn't book an appointment for at least 2 weeks - but he kept me in mind and then called me to say he had other work in my area - on SUNDAY! - and could get my job done too. He could have stuck to the original "2 weeks later" agreement - so I felt that this Sunday service was amazing customer service right there. I really appreciated his ability to communicate - he called that he was running late, and he turned up at exactly the agreed later time. (Remember, this was Sunday, which was above and beyond to begin with.) He always aims to repair rather than replace. He shows and explains any parts you may need replaced. He is fast at getting the work done, very efficient and clean. Technically, he knows what he's doing and it shows. His costs are very reasonable. So glad I found him through HomeStars - I've suffered a long streak of bad luck with incompetent and some dishonest furnace/AC people - Renato is a breath of fresh air! I highly recommend him. 10 is not high enough for him!

They replaced my old furnace and humidifier with new Goodman GME and Desert Spring (btw, I'm pleased with both). What you need to know: price/job qualty - very good reliability - excelent Other (important) things: they're friendly, they call you back (or even visit you again - my case - to check if everything is OK) after the job is done, you'll want to keep them as your HVAC guys. Thanks guys and don't lower your standards!

I found Air Heating Plus on this site, on the top of the list. I called Renato. He answered all my questions, there was no any pressure. After a few calls to other companies I decided to deal with Air Heating Plus. NO REGRETS! He and his partner applied all their efforts to make my family to feel comfortable in winter time. Pricing was very reasonable, installation was performed in a professional manner. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I was looking for a/c replacement, and although I received cheaper quotes than Renato, in the end, it was Renato's honesty that led me to choose him. He arrived on time, finished on time, as promised. He left the job site cleaner than when he arrived. He helped me complete all warranty registrations (for a/c, evaporator coil), and the OPA rebate forms. I would highly recommend him.

I live in East York and had 4 quotes Air heating plus was recommended by a friend. He came in at an incredible price of 3200 for a Goodmans furnace. He worked from 9.00 untill 3 on a saturday and did a great job including clearing every bit of dust and rubble and the old furnace. Great guy who also gave a five year labor and 10 year parts warrantee. Great price great service. Liz Monarch park Danforth

Renato paid us a return visit tonight. He had installed our HE Furnace in 2008. Tonight he replaced our water heater with a power vent model, and (thankfully) took the Direct Energy water heater rental with him when he left. At the same time, he connected a combustion air intake pipe to the HE furnace he installed last year. All went as planned. He showed up. Did his thing. Finished his wine. Left. Maybe we can have him back next year to do a fireplace insert. You go Croatian-man!

I called Air Heating plus for a second estimate on a Goodman Furnace (GMV), I was already sold on the product after reviewing many different furnace manufactures. What sold me to use Air Heating Plus was Renato, he answered all my question's and was very easy to talk to. I contacted Renato because of the good ratings he received here. Besides the very reasonable quote he provided, he was also the most meticulous when he was at my place looking at the current equipment, placement, etc. He and his installer arrived when they said they would, and left my basement very clean. He also made sure the paperwork was in good shape for me to receive rebates. I have no qualms in recommending Renato to anyone who is interested in installing Goodman furnaces or air-cons.
