    Refrigerator supplied by Goemans

    purchased refrigerator that i was told was in stock until after payment and suddenly the refrigerator was no longer available. waited weeks for an order update only to later need to settle for a suggested alternative refrigerator. Install paid for water line hook up but did not include filter which is part of water line connection to refigerator. Included a hood fan in my purchase which was delivered seperately. We are going to court. i would not suggest using this company for appliances.

    Dishwasher

    Had purchased a Bosch from Geomans (Brampton). The front door had many dents and scratches, power cord missing, water hose missing. I called Geomans 5 times, did not get any action plan to send me the power cord, missing water hose and replace the front door. Or replace my unit. Each time, I get the same answer "we will get back to you before the end of the day." End of the day came and gone. NO ANSWER! Went to visit the Geomans store in Whitby, as soon as I told them I purchased the item in Brampton. Immediately they tell me "Sorry, must deal with them." This is ridiculous.

    Atrocious customer service

    We ordered a washing machine from them. They didn't meet the promised delivery and we were the ones who had to follow up. We were given the constant run around by store staff and customer service. When the machine finally arrived it was broken. Again, we were the ones who had to follow up with them to get answers. They delivered a replacement and it's more broken than the last one! Now we're waiting for a refund and someone to come get the broken one. Avoid at all costs.

    Mistake buying Electrolux and from Goemans. CHEAP!!

    Disappointed describes it. Dont buy Electrolux wall mounted series, top centre of door burns with the heat and finish comes off. Cheap product, will not stand behind their products, do not recommend either Goemans or Electrolux.

    No accountability

    Purchased chimney fan for kitchen. Item was clearly dropped. Parts missing in the box. Goemans does not want to replace with new item.

    Delivery Delay

    Ordered Boxing Day and paid in full. Promised 6-8 week delivery. Chased them after 8 weeks and told delivery expected April 2023! Calls go unreturned. Do not shop here!

    Can't meet a delivery date with 1 year heads up

    I bought appliance 1 year prior to moving in case of supply shortages and put a down payment down. Goemans took the money and did nothing with it. Now 1 week prior to delivery they tell me they can't meet the date and i have no appliance for 3 months now in a new house. Be warned this company over promises and under delivers.

    The worst experience of my life

    I purchased my appliances in Aug 2021. I paid my bill in FULL, as I was told I had to in order to be placed in queue for delivery. It is now 1 year later and I am still being told that both my wall oven and dishwasher are delayed. I have made countless phone calls to the Goeman's customer service where I have been told due to Covid there are delays and nothing else can be done. Two years have passed since Covid started, you cannot continue to use this excuse. Customers like myself deserve some type of customer service and recovery when the original delivery date falls short. I am so disappointed in Goeman's and Kitchen Aid. You do not deserve to be holding all my money for these products for so long. Someone on your end needs to be accountable and yet you continue to pass the "buck". I will never shop in your stores and I will make sure I share my story with everyone and anyone . Goeman's and Kitchenaid shame on you both.

    Goemans Mississauga is just TERRIBLE

    Brutal customer service. Sales people won't even call you back. Brian in Mississauga is particularly awful. Delivery and install even worse. Delivery makes you feel like it your privilege to have them deliver an appliance. Install folks showed up and said they can't do it and charged us $100 for it. Then Goemans won't take the appliance back. I hope they go bankrupt.

    DO NOT SHOP AT GOEMANS!

    This has been the worse experience in my life! The salesman was very eager to sell me Matt White Cafe series GE appliances. We ordered them March 2021. I just got off the phone with the warehouse, our refrigerator delivery is out off again ( approx 4th time) estimate mid August. The dishwasher arrived and water poured out of the door while removing it from the carton is was shipped in. I was told it was my fault because I hooked it up wrong, it was not fully out of the box. When I spoke to the Kitchener store manager, he told me, once we make the sale and have your money, our job is done! Not up to us to follow up with warehouse to see where your appliances are! This is what you get after spending almost $13,000.00. Unbelievable. Shop anywhere but Goemans!
