Our neighbour cut a shade tree down and our backyard became a hot box. We contacted Rolltec. Got expert and honest advice on what was possible for our situation. Installation of our awning happened within two weeks. Professional installation. Very, very impressed.

The townhouse condominium where I live, after market research chose ROLLTEC to be the only supplier of awnings for the condominium owners, if they chose to install one on their units. With my interest I visited ROLLTEC factory north of Toronto to order my awning for my balcony. I was impressed with the quality of their product, their manufacture facility, and with their service. From the order to the installation of the awning, the service was very good, and professional. I could not recommend better.

My Rolltec awning is 22 yrs old and still awesome. At 12 yrs a local tv company drilled 2 holes in the middle panel and Rolltec just changed the one panel and to this day you cannot tell it’s a newer panel. At 15 yrs old I turned the awning around as the last 6” was too hard to clean and that part now stays up around the tube

Great service from Rolltec. Sales rep was friendly and informative. Although scheduling the installation took a long time (busy summer months - even more so with everyone at home), when it did happen the installers were professional and thorough. We are very happy with the awning.

Great Canadian company! Good quality, excellent service. We got a HUGE awning that basically created an outdoor living room for us. This awning not only enhances our enjoyment of the outdoors, it adds value to our home. This is our second time dealing with this company and both times we have been impressed.

A pleasant experience from start to finish; Sales Rep "David" was very helpful and well prepared to answer any questions we had of the company and product. Office staff was helpful and kept us in the Loop with any issues especially with the current pandemic situation. The Installers came on time, equipped with proper PPE. They did the install in a timely manner and cleaned up after completion of the Awning installation.

We purchased the 2nd awning from Rolltec and, as with the 1st one last year, we were very happy with the sales process up to the final installation. Everybody we talked to at Rolltec has always been very courteous and efficient. Thank you for your great service!

Our experience with Rolltec from beginning to end was amazing. All of our questions were answered quickly and being able to see the numerous products and options in the showroom was so helpful. The wait was worth it ... the installation team was amazing and had the awning installed in short order. The awning is the finishing piece to our new deck and we absolutely love it. We read the reviews before enlisting the services of Rolltec and based on the information and the quick response in quoting a price from David at Rolltec, we decided to order these awnings. They are 19’ x 13’ , took 8 weeks for delivery & installation and we paid $12,000. The day after installation, we noticed one corner was out of adjustment by 10”. The installer returned 4 days later to make the adjustment. Within a day, another corner dropped by 4”. We notified them on the weekend and they came out on the following Friday. That Friday evening the right awning dropped 3’ onto our deck railing and luckily no one was hurt. Again, notified Helen on Saturday morning and she had a service man here on Monday. He couldn’t fix the awning and had to go to the office to get a part but explained that he may not be able to return until the end of the week. We explained that this was unacceptable as we have paid a lot of money to use our awnings and again, he told us not to use the right one and he had to take care of new customers before he could return to fix our’s. We emailed Helen on Wednesday asking what the plan was to fix it and a phone call again on Friday when we were told Helen didn’t want to speak to us. YA voicemail was left asking what the plan is and as of this evening there has been no response and our awning is still not fixed. We are very disappointed with both the installation and follow up service. We are the manufacturing and service business and would be out of business if we treated our customers this way.

I was impressed from the moment I contacted Rolltec. From their customer service to their quality product to their fast and professional installation, I would highly recommend Rolltec to everyone.
