    Second awning

    We bought our first Rolltec backyard awning in 2005 and have enjoyed it thoroughly every summer. After 16 seasons, the material was in good shape, no tears but faded. We decided to update the material with a new colour. The whole process was seamless from quote, removal and return.

    Backyard Awning

    We have had a great experience with our purchase of an awning for our backyard deck. Especially so when you consider the entire process, from our visit to the showroom to installation has been during COVID lockdowns. Sales staff were very knowledgeable, extremely helpful in assisting us with choosing the right product and no exerted no pressure on us to make a purchase. After our purchase, we were kept well informed with timing for delivery and installation. The installers were on time, proved to be experts on installing and proved a full demonstration on the workings of the awing. We would highly recommend Rolltec.

    New Awning - 15 x 9

    We don't have a backyard and our side patio becomes unbearably hot in the summer until around 3 PM. The first covid-19 summer made us realize we needed a solution to maximize our usage. After some research, I decided to connect with Rolltec and they delivered as promised - on time and according to our order. Nick, our sales rep, was really attentive and helpful. He explained the various options, what he felt worked best for sizing and what to expect with the awning's performance. The installation crew were friendly, patient and took great care. The crew also took a lot of pride in their work and even commented that the awning is beautiful and the perfect choice for the space. Outstanding quality. Friends and family love it and it's getting fabulous attention from passing locals. Finally - we can work from home outside! I highly recommend Rolltec.

    Awning and Cantilever Umbrella

    This was the third awning and first cantilever umbrella (Glatz) we’ve purchased from Rolltec. Can’t speak highly enough about the service received from Helen, the quality of the products and the service of the installation team. They answered all of my questions patiently and courteously. This is why I've come back to Rolltec for a third series of purchases and why I have recommended (and will continue to recommend) Rolltec to friends and family. Just go with Rolltec.

    Awning purchase

    We are very happy with the service we received from Rolltec. All staff members that we dealt with were friendly, efficient and knowledgable. Installers arrived half an hour early! Can't remember the last time that any service people actually arrived on time. Well done Rolltec. Looking forward to using our brand new awning. Bring on the sun!

    Back Deck Awning for Small East York Semi

    Great communication with all quoting done over email and using pictures. High quality product, professional service and very happy with the ouput. Installers were friendly and wearing masks. First inquired in the winter and booked my installation date for spring so that I can enjoy the back porch all summer!

    Awning for the deck

    I would like to take the time to express our gratitude to this amazing company. We started the process with Dave in the showroom. He has so much knowledge and has great communication skills. He was able to address all of our concerns and give great suggestions. He came to the house and provided us with more information as he confirmed our order. The actual installation was done by Mark and Acrom. These professionals worked efficiently and installed our awning with no issues. I would recommend this company with no hesitation.

    Replacing 5.1 awning gearbox with manual crank

    I was in need of a awning gearbox. I contacted rolltec and was quickly given a price for the gearbox. When picking up the part i found the staff could not be anymore helpful.

    Backyard awning project. 2nd project with Rolltec in 3 years

    Easy and simple to deal with. Very professional service. Installation was quick and proper. All staff encountered were very helpful and accommodating. I’ve used them 2x already. I would not hesitate to call on them again and recommend them to others.
