after meeting with Nick at the showroom 3 weeks ago to installation today, I am completely satisfied with rolltech awnings. Nick was extremely friendly and professional in helping us choose the awning that would best fit the space we had. We went with the Adalia Extenda series ( 11ft width by 11'8" projection). The 2 installers today were again very friendly and professional during the installation . It looks awesome and I am looking forward to many years of using it..

These were replacements for awnings we had installed 20 years ago by a different company. Rolltec's products and service are far superior to our original experience with their competitor. We would definitely use Rolltec again.

Purchased a Adalia Extreme Protective Hood April 2011, still 100% satisfied with quality, endurance, installation and after sales service. After the first year, a slight adjustment to the tautness of the fabric was required. Helen, the General Manager, personally led me step by step over the phone. She was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and within minutes the awning was back to factory standards and continues to operate perfectly. Just yesterday, the Somfy Wind Sensor stopped functioning. Dead batteries were suspected. No matter how hard Helen tried, I could not figure out how to access the batteries, and, in trying, ended up cracking the container. At her insistence, I brought the unit to her, and within minutes she changed the batteries, provided me with a new container, gave me a big smile, and sent me on my way. No charge. Example of superb after "sales service" . A real first class company, with a caring General Manager who sets the tune.

Being a perfectionist, Rolltec Awnings had the task of ensuring the two awnings we ordered were perfect. Not only did they meet our expectations, but went way beyond them. The awnings were produced and installed on time, and when there was an issue, they promptly returned to rectify the situation. Rolltec's awnings are well priced for the quality product they provide. Based upon our purchase satisfaction, we do not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable awning with down the road support.

Our project began last fall, when we invited Rolltec to assess the feasability of a retractable awning. We live in a condo, with many restrictions and lots of glass. Rolltec was able to provide an excellent solution, they worked with our engineer on how to affix the retractable awning to the building facade, and they guaranteed the price we had agreed on, as we waited many months for the condo board to OK our project. The installation went perfectly, the motor is quiet, the awnings are of excellent quality, and we couldn't be happier. Thanks Rolltec!

Great experience! Installation was on time and budget and done properly. I've called them since about a minor concern and Helen handled it wonderfully - they fixed the problem (not their fault) promptly and didn't charge for for the work. They are a pleasure to deal with and I recommend them highly.

Rolltec's general manager Helen was just wonderful in making sure everything went smoothly. Helen, the salesman, office staff and the quality of the installing team were all great to deal with, which is not surprising, considering that Rolltec, is the leader in it's industry. We can't say enough about the installation team and the lead hand who is very proud of the quality of his work and he explained everything about the installation. Both Roman and Helen at Roltec were very helpful in assisting us in choosing an appropriate awning and deciding on the features that we needed. We had looked around a long time and Roltec was by far the most knowledgeable. Their choice of fabrics is extensive. I ordered a motorized retractable awning for my south facing back yard patio to keep the sun from shining in the sliding glass doors during the hot summer weather and provide some relief from the sun on the patio. The awning was custom made to my specifications in the expected timeframe. Installation was exactly as scheduled and the awning very securely attached to the wall. From beginning to end the experience went smoothly and I would highly recommend Rolltec both for the quality of their product and their customer service.
