    Umbrella

    We went visit the store in Toronto as we wanted to have an awning installed in the backyard. Roman was so helpful to provide advice to have an umbrella instead due to insufficient height to install an awning. So we have purchased the umbrella and they delivered in the right time by a technician who was so friendly and professional to have the umbrella set up. we love the quality of customer service and would recommend this company to you.

    Electric Retractable Awning

    Rolltec exceeded our expactions in every step in the process. We were contacted by the salesman Gary soon after we made our inquiry and set up a home appointment immediately He was professional, knowledgeable and listened to our needs. This was the third company we received a quote from and the decision to go with Rolltec was obvious to us after the meeting. The awning was delivered within the time frame promised and we had the same positive experience with the installation and the installers. We couldn't be happier with the service received and the quality of the product.

    Backyard awning

    We ordered a Rolltec awning for our backyard in May of last year. It took a little over a month to have our awning custom made and installed. The sales representative, Gary, was very knowledgeable and came to our house to take measurements and make recommendations. The installers were equally great. Overall we had an excellent experience with Rolltec so much so that we are currently in the process of making another order with them.

    Awnings installation

    Excellent customer service. It was great working with Helen. Very professional and helpful. Great product. I am very satisfied and would recommend this to anyone. Installation process was quick and easy.

    Excellent product and installation quality

    We were happy to find a company as professional as Rolltec in the search for an awning for our new deck at the rear of our house. Their selection of products was very good, the advice we received in the showroom was excellent and when we had the awning installed - on time - we were not disappointed. We have had no problems with the product since then, it has been easy to use and has weathered the elements very well. I highly recommend Rolltec. A friend whom we referred to Rolltec has also been very happy with the service provided.

    Rolltech Awning Installation & After Sales Service

    We ordered the awning with power winder and it was installed as promised. We had an issue with the mounting of the system and Rolltech came back on two occasions, the second was to reinstall with a revised mounting design. We have been extremely pleased since then and the awning is up and operational and continues to give us pleasure when used. Today we popped in and required some parts that had worn - Helen provided the parts and instructions for installation-no charge. Now this is service - well done :-)

    Customer Service (Mississauga)

    We paid $3,560 for a residential awning so that we could enjoy our backyard with our 2 young boys and elderly parents. I convinced my husband it was a good investment that would pay itself off after many years of enjoyment. The awning was installed this summer (summer of 2016), after a few weekends of trying to use it we noticed 2 things: a) the material is noticeably wrinkled in certain areas and b) the awning does not give us shade at any point (any hour) in the day. After 2 emails, a phone call/vm and an online post - we were able to arrange for a technician to come out and help us with an assessment and possibly an adjustment. We are very grateful for someone getting back to us and we look forward to the resolution to our product questions/concern. Thank you.

    Exterior Retractable Awning

    We face south on Lake Erie and were looking for a way to get shade from the direct sun. Rolltec was the answer. From the first visit to their showroom, Roman and Helen made our purchase a great experience. We have pot lights and speakers under our soffit and Roman suggested mounting the brackets on our roof into the top of the trusses which gave us more height and greater projection. Our wind sensor retracts the awning perfectly as gusts occur off the lake. We installed the 18ft awning ourselves under their occasional advice. Great product, great support. We are very happy with our awning.

    Extenda Awning - 10' x 11'8"

    Awning and service are great. If you're going to install it yourself it is very tricky despite being only 6 holes...especially on brick. Plus you're up 11ft in the air and it needs to be straight...no room for error. Buy the install kit or get them to do it worth the money.

    Retractable Awning

    After purchasing and renovating our home in Oakville in 1995 we purchased a Rolltec awning which we have enjoyed ever since - that's 20 years without problems and, with regular cleaning, the canvas still looks good. Recently a replacement part was required which, due to a design change, is no longer produced. However, Rolltec went the extra mile to find me the part which is now installed and my awning is performing once again. I can recommend Rolltec products and service without reservation.
