    double awning installation

    I was looking for alternatives to patio umbrellas to replace lost shade from a tree we had to cut down. Considered one of those steel/aluminum gazebos from the big box stores as an option but Rolltec salesperson said that they don't stand up very well over time and last only 2-3 years. Awnings are supposed to be good for 15-18 years. Cost is twice that of the gazebo but life expectancy should exceed my time in this house. Once I got over sticker shock, I ordered 2 x 11 ft awnings, side by side to cover full rear of house. Colour/pattern selection was impressive but we went with neutral sand colour. It's been only 2 weeks since installation and all is good. Install was quicker than expected, only a few weeks after order was placed and it was done much quicker and cleaner than expected. Great job. Looks great. Love the shade. Didn't get electric motor to roll & unroll which might make it easier to use since I open & close on a daily basis depending on weather. Another $1,000 expense and potential tech problem I didn't need.

    Fabulous product, Excellent support

    In 2009 Rolltec installed a motorized Adalia X3M Extenda model awning with a remote control and wire-free wind extender on the back of our house. The wind extender is designed to retract the awning automatically if it senses extreme weather conditions. After 7 years the fabric still looks brand new and the awning has performed flawlessly ... until this spring when it began to retract automatically in perfect weather conditions at seemingly erratic intervals. I assumed the wind extender was malfunctioning and called Rolltec for advice. Helen, the General Manager, called me back the same day and explained how to open the casing of the wind extender and change the two AAA batteries! It took me two minutes! Problem solved.     Retractable Awning

    We have had our Rolltec retractable awning for two years now, and we are so happy with it. The service was great, the installation was great, and the product is great. It has been a welcome addition to our backyard, and it makes the back patio so cozy and comfortable.

    remote controlled awning

    These guys are great! On time, on budget, and they're happy to come back a year later to adjust the awning if required. And, one phone call is all it ever takes to get something done. I recommend them unreservedly.

    Patio Awning - Service

    I purchased a complete Awning system for my patio from Rolltec in July 2012 and everything worked perfectly up until 3 weeks ago when I could no longer get the awning to extend or retract. I called Rolltec and without any issue they got involved and solved the issue for me. I worked directly with Helen (General Manager of Rolltec). This was no easy task as it turned out to be both the somfy remote and the motor. Under warranty, personal support was provided by Helen and Her husband as we went through the process of determining what the issue was. Their service was excellent and well beyond what I would have expected. A reminder of times past …. truly "service excellence". Like most purchases you like to get good quality equipment (which it is), but more importantly is the commitment of the Company and good service when and if you run into problems. In my case I received both. Thanks to Rolltec my awning is back working perfectly once again.

    Rolltec Awning installation for our Patio

    We contacted Rolltec awnings for assistance with an installation of retractable awning for our patio. After a brief telephone call, They sent a knowledgable sales rep to our home with samples to give us an estimate. We've had a very good experience with them. The salesperson was on time, down to earth and answered all the questions we had without any "hesitation". The installation was quick and efficient. And best of all we have the awning now for 2 years and it's working beautifully. No matter the weather. The only reason why we gave a 9 rating and not a 10 it is simply because, after the installation, It got a little uneven on one side but when we called the company, they explained how to adjust it, which wasn't that easy for us. Over all, a great company to deal with and professional installation services.

    Awning

    We were very satisfied with the professional manner in which Awning Master served us. Their knowledge and experience was exceptional. They guided us with style, colour, control options and delivered within the promised time. I would recommend them to anyone interested in any type of awning!
