    14 ft spring assist awning

    We had a great experience with Rolltec. They accomodated us with the installation date, then, because the weather was cooler than expected, allowed a day for the epoxy to cure before coming back to install the awning. The salesman was polite and informative and the installers were professional and conscientious. Our deck is usable all day long now and it is such a pleasure to sit out!

    Purchase and installation

    I recently purchased a 12 x 10 motorized retractable awning from Rolltec. The whole process from purchase to installation was pleasurable. The awning works beautifully. Being an electrical engineer, I appreciated the technology involved. I especially like the remote operation of it.

    Awning

    We were referred to Rolltec and right from the start, the customer service was excellent. Met Helen. She cared about us as a customer - and not just wanting to make a quick sale. Patient and experienced, she gave excellent suggestions and ideas based on the size of our property - as if this was her own. Installation crew, Mark and Josh, were first rate. Very professional at their work, they explained everything and wouldn't leave until all our questions were answered. Price was great. Quality work done efficiently and on time. Highly recommend this company!

    Awnings

    We had nothing but a great experience with all the people from Rolltec.They helped us choose what would fit best and the type that suited us perfectly.The installation crew took there time to place the awnings exactly where we wanted,and were very professional. Thank You

    Awning Replacement

    Rolltec is an absolute pleasure to work with. The friendly office staff returns messages, confirms appointments and really makes sure the customer is satisfied. The installation men are real pros and again, very friendly and easy to work with. In an age when customer service seems to be the exception rather than the rule I highly recommend Rolltec.

    Awning purchase and install

    After doing an internet search I found Rolltec. I was looking for a local company. Excellent website and showroom! Helen was excellent. I picked a Bravo awning and Helen assisted in the colour choice. I am extremely happy that I purchased the 4 ft. drop down extension for extra privacy. It makes a huge difference! The installers were extremely professional and did an excellent job. I would recommend Rolltec to anyone in the market for an awning. Excellent company!

    Atrium awning

    As a result of my research on Awnings over the past 2-3 years, we visited several Companies in the local and not so local areas. The goal was to determine which Company would best suit our needs to have an awning that would provide adequate coverage not only from the sun but also from light rain and be sturdy enough in at least, light windy conditions. We managed to achieve all of the above with the installation of an awning from ROLLTEC ; an awning that incorporates an Atrium. (completed in October, 2014) What a pleasant and fantastic experience with the order and installation! Indeed, the highest level of clarity from Helen in the Office and modesty in total satisfaction from Isaac on site. Customer Service at its best - par excellence, in fact. Thank you

    Awning Purchase and Installation

    Installed: 14 ft. wide Rolltec Adalia Extreme (X3M) motorized w/manual override, wireless remote, wind sensor & large custom side curtain. Installation: April 1, 2015. We completed hours of due diligence in our quest for a high-end awning that would stand the test of time. Rolltec was easily selected as our only choice after this process. From entry into the showroom in Concord, ON, being greeted by Roman Atsik, V/P, to the installation and receipt of the special order side curtain, all aspects of the experience were fantastic. The installation team of Oscar and Mike did a wonderful job. They were a pleasure to deal with & highly professional. Extra large custom side curtain was completed in the record time of 2 days with a prompt phone call from Rolltec advising it was ready. It is early in the season (April), however, we expect the awning to live up to its great reputation and expect many years of use and enjoyment. Highly recommend Rolltec!

    Awning Purchase and Installation

    We looked for a high quality awning which would last and look great. There are many firms to consider but after touring the Canadian Manufacturing site and Awning Displays at Rolltec we found the best. Helen helped us decide on the right solution for our situation. The delivery and setup was professional and timely. We've enjoyed it. At a deck party we had it open and a rain started. Everyone was dry and the party continued with the rain ambiance. We look forward to many years of use.

    awning installation

    My husband and I couldn't be happier with our awning--it is like adding another room to the house! I first tried to contact Rolltec through their website contact form, but never had a response, so there might be a glitch there. I finally phoned (feeling a little grumpy), but from there on all I had was wonderful service, from the free at-home consultation to the installation. Both times there were tweaks to the scheduling for perfectly good reasons, and we always got very timely calls to advise us of the changes. The awning and the fabric are of very good quality--I have no trouble believing they will last for many years.
