Awning
Prices were competitive with 3 other awning companies that we contacted. Nick the salesman was very helpful and patient , my wife is very particular and wanted quality. The serviceman Oscar and his assistant did an excellent job in properly aligning the awning, installing it and explaining the operation plus cleaning up after the work was completed. Highly recommended !

Love Our New Awning
Extremely happy with the service and product offering at Rolltec. Nick in sales was a pleasure to work with, he took the time and walked us through options available to us. The installers were great too - very quick and explained the operation. Highly recommend Rolltec.

Awning Install
We solicited many quotes before selecting Rolltec. Nick was very open and honest about what options we should consider versus those that are really a waste of money. The install was done very quickly and professionally. We love the finish product and look forward to enjoying it for years to come! replace old awning at the sliding doors in our backyard
We had wanted to change our awning since the end of summer in 2019. We decided to wait until spring 2020 and that was when the pandemic started. After many calls to several companies we put it off again until 2021 because every one I called wouldn't come out to even measure the existing one or show us samples. This year I found Rolltec Awnings and they sent out a salesman who showed us samples and quoted pricing as well. Nick, was very helpful and knew his product line and within 10 minutes I knew we would order our new awning from him. He warned us that they were already very busy and it could take as much as 9-11 weeks before we got it, and also supply of materials were slow. The installers came in and were very polite and removed old awning and installed the new one within an hour. They did a very good job and did not leave any mess for me to clean up. The awning looks fabulous and I am looking forward to spending more time out on my deck this summer.

Awning on second floor deck
We had a great experience dealing with Rolltec including David in sales and the installers who were able to maneuver up the awning to the second floor deck safely and did a perfect job. The 11 x 10 awning is very well made and it looks beautiful - our neighbours on both sides complimented us on it. We hadn't been able to use the deck in the daytime as it was too hot in the sun, the awning has added and extra room to our house. We also love that the product is locally made. We recommend Rolltec Awnings without reservation.

Awning installation
We are super happy with our new back deck awning. This is our second purchase over the years. The materials are first quality--pricing is fair and superb service. We recommend Rolltec--you cannot go wrong. Thanks for fulfilling our requirements

Backyard awning
Excellent company to deal with, came straight out to do the quote, very knowledgeable salesman and the most competitive price. Delivery was 10 weeks due to the demand from COVID, but that was the same from most of the other companies I got quotes from too. I ordered it in early spring so we still got it in time before the summer got crazy hot. Installation was only an hour, I was amazed by that. Very nice guys and left everything nice and tidy. We've only been using the awning for a couple of weeks but so far would highly recommend.

Top Notch compnay, sales, supply and install
Had a great experience wth the sales rep. tok histime explaining the product and its uses, cam ein on time after order an dnstall was easy and clean. Made me just order two more, hoping it comes sooner , greta product, invest more now into an awning than an umbrella, thats my opinion

Third install
We had our third installation done yesterday. We have had years and years of enjoyment out of the other two without a single issue. They look great, even after several years of use and continue to shield the sun and rain. The guys that do the installation are awesome. Polite, professional and very skilled. Highly recommend Rolltec.

Back Deck Awnings
Our backyard faces East so we get sun all morning and partial sun in the afternoon as the sun moves. Rolltech came out and gave us a price with an installation of 4-6 weeks for. The awnings were installed exactly 6 weeks later. We chose to go with the Remote Controlled Automatic Awnings with the Wind Sensor. One thing to remember if you choose the Remote version you will need access to power outlet which is an additional expense. In order to hide the elecrtical cord we hired an electrician to hardwire the awnings electrical. We love our new awnings and would recommend Rolltec.
