We wanted to buy carpet for our basement we were developing. The prices were very competitive and the install was great. Service agent could have been better though as there were many manufacturer delays and I continually had to contact them for the status. I also got a great deal on a very unique hardwood floor product.

When going to the Carpet Centre, I was greeted nicely and given professional service. They made extra effort to give a good price on high quality durable carpet. It had to be installed at a house I have rented out and they handled the renters with courtesy. It was done quite quickly and I had no complaints from the renters.

We are extremely disappointed in our very expensive flooring. We had serious problems from beginning to end and wished we have never dealt there. Don't walk away from their store - RUN!!!

We had a entrance that we wanted to put some tile into and we were looking in the back at their selection. We were approached by a fellow (Noel) who spent the next hour with us providing amazing information, including taking off our shoes/socks to walk on the various products and at the end of the day we purchased slate, which we love but thought we couldn't afford. Very knowledgeable staff!

So far we've only purchased the flooring for our laundry room reno. The price seemed reasonable for the tiles we purchased and one of the installers there had some good tips to help me do my own installation. We are still in the process of choosing bathroom tiles but our consultant at CDL has had some great ideas helping us choose. A good experience to this point in the project.

Had a flood from the bath upstairs. In the bedroom beside the bath it had hardwood flooring on it. The water soaked under the hardwood and made it ripple and bubble. CDL came in tore it all out and replaced it beautifully with new flooring. We had painted the walls and I was worried that they would scratch them with all the flooring coming and going. Not a single mark on the wall. The flooing is beautiful I would highly recommend them.

Purchased lino from Tracey at CDL. Was able to find a great product for a price in my budget. I have used Tracey and CDL on 2 previous occasions. Tracey went out of her way to find the best product for the price and did measurements to minimize waste and cost. I have recommended CDL to others who have also used them with no disappointments.

went to cdl and the salesperson was very courteous and professional. i ordered the carpet that day and cdl had someone come and install the next week. they were quick and cleaned up everything. very impressed!

They were very proffessional and allowed me to take multiple samples home for as long as I needed. They came to measure and gave a fair estimate. I decided to go a different way but would go back to them in the future.

Could not provide any references since they wanted to protect their privacy???? Said that they would move furniture, and would remove old lino flooring, but that was not written into the contract, so we would have to discuss with the installer when they arrived. Again would not tell us the who the installer is and what references they have. We are forced to buy the product and now 3 months later must find our own installer. BEWARE!! GET EVERYTHING IN WRITTING!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM.....EVER!!!
