Richcraft has built us a fine home that meets and exceed our expectations! It is comfortable and well built. They have been quick to take care of minor problems and there have been few of these. All in all a good company to build a home with!

In my new home building contract, I paid for a few design changes (additional windows, french doors and modified kitchen sink)but they some of them were not documented at the final construction drawings by Richcraft's sales staff. Due to their mistakes, I had to pay for it again to get them fixed after the home construction was complete.

The sales service is very good. The after sales service could be much better but the quality of the house is good. Overall we could have been a little happier with the company's efforts.
