Working with Amelia was wonderful. The end results are stunning. Good pricing. The cabinet production was delayed during the last period of Covid, but otherwise a very good experience.

We recently completed a renovation through Legacy Kitchens and from the first contact made with them right through to the completion of it, the experience exceeded our expectations. We worked with Michael in the design process and his professionalism, knowledge, quick response time and patience instilled in us confidence that this project would go well. We appreciated his understanding when we decided to put the project on hold for a few months during the peak of Covid. We recently completed a full kitchen reno along with our 3 bathrooms in our house. Our general contractor connected us with Legacy Kitchens and they helped us bring our vision to reality. Michael and his team were great to work with; they were very professional and did an amazing job with the design. Michael was very quick at responding to our questions and listened to our suggestions. In the end, Legacy helped us maximize our space within our kitchen. The best part is we got rid of the corner pantry and we absolutely could not be happier. Legacy's installation team was very professional and respectful to our space. Paul took the time to ensure the installation was done correctly the first time. Paul cleaned up his space at the end of each day and left our house clean and tidy. I would recommend Legacy Kitchens to anyone looking for cabinetwork. They have a very professional team and the quality is top notch.

The original kitchen Reno is beautiful. We did have issues with the doors having knots in the maple and had to switch the doors out a few times. The silent door closer never did work. The most disappointing item with this company was we recently had to add on to the existing kitchen. When we went in to see a designer and to find out the approx. cost, we were told that we would have to go to see a lower end of legacy. No designer, nothing. I would highly suggest that a person who is looking for a kitchen Reno company that the company can be used for future changes to their kitchen. I would not recommend this company.

Legacy was great to work with. They provided great samples for the different types of wood and stains we used and were very adaptable to the changes we ended up making. They were on time with the installment and only stalled out when they realized that a few cabinet doors were measured incorrectly but that did not take too long. They were very meticulous double checking that everything was perfectly done and when they found a few knicks in the wood that we wouldn't have even noticed they replaced those cabinet doors right away. Overall we love our kitchen and happy to have worked with Legacy.

From the initial consultation through the design process and installation, everything went smoothly. After sales service exceeded my expectations as well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Legacy Kitchens to anyone.

We were very happy with Jason C., our Legacy Kitchen Designer. He had great ideas, and was responsive in making any changes that we saw fit. The finished kitchen more than met our expectations. The look and quality of the installed cabinets and the coordination of the installation and follow up service were all excellent. We had used Legacy Kitchens before when we redid our ensuite and we were also extremely satisfied with the outcome.

Legacy was on time, reliable and paid great attention to detail and ensured that the project met our expectations. We loved their materials and options for colour. Despite the challenges the pandemic presented we were very happy to use them for our reno.
