I would highly recommend Patterned Concrete. The sales presentation was very professional and comprehensive, lots of design information was given and suggestions provided. The design process in their offices gave us confidence in that the finished design would be exactly what we wanted. We were told of the 9 step installation process and how it was possible to modify the original design in the early stages of construction if we wished. A significant design change was suggested by the foreman of the forming work crew, the result is functional and looks fantastic. We were very impressed with the individual crews as they completed their portion of the installation, they were pleasant, answered all of our questions, and kept us up do date with what they were doing. There was very little damage to our property, the clean up crew are very efficient. We have received many compliments from our neighbours . I had spoken to other customers in my area who have used this company and I received excellent reports about their experiences. This assisted me in my final decision. I would rate this company 10 / 10

I'm writing this review for Patterned Concrete (Mississauga) as a Thank You for the wonderful work that they have done on our front porch, walkway and backyard over the last two years. Patterned Concrete was highly recommended by a neighbor when we were looking for contractors to do the concrete work on our front porch and walkway. We have called several contractors to quote the job but only Patterned Concrete showed the professionalism we were expecting from a reputable company. I can't believe that there are even contractors out there that would tell you over the phone that that their minimum project cost is $8,000.00 before even sending out an estimator to assess the job. Well, I'm glad to say that Patterned Concrete is not like other contractors that just simply did not care and just treated you as another Customer or number. They took the time to estimate the job properly and explained to us the cost and what the work would entail. Their design team did a fabulous job in designing the work and they even helped us in choosing the right color and pattern. Their construction crew was great. They came on time and did the work as per the plan. They even took the time to lay protective sheets on my lawn to protect it from damage. Most importantly, they made sure that everything was cleaned up after project completion. One thing that really impressed us with their crew was that we found out that most of them have been with Patterned Concrete for years and for us this says a lot about a Company and their staff. We saw the same nice faces when we had our backyard done a year after! We never had any problems in the two projects that Patterned Concrete did for us. When we had questions they picked up their phones and returned our calls. We would definitely recommend their services! Now we really believe in their saying that "Concrete Never Looked So Good". Thank You again to Patterned Concrete and we know who to call on our next concrete project!

We wanted to thank the entire staff at Patterned Concrete Mississauga for the amazing job that was done in our backyard. The experience in dealing with your staff starting with Tom, the team of workers that arrived at our home daily and then having the pleasure of meeting with Dino at completion, was not only reassuring but extremely professional. Tom did a great job in assisting us with the best design for our backyard as well as choosing the right cement colour that would compliment the colour of the bricks of our home. The end result brought numerous compliments from family members, friends and neighbours. Patterned Concrete Mississauga has been mentioned many many times over and we will continue to do so. In the spring of 2012, I made the decision to remove my existing front patio and entrance walkway, and replace it with patterned concrete. Not knowing a particular company to deal with, I merely searched in my computer for “patterned concrete”. Rather than merely call, as I have done in past with other contractors, I decided to visit their premises on an impromptu basis in order to witness first hand the organization I wished to receive a proposal from. I know one should not “read the so-called book by the cover”, but believe me, if appearances could make an impression, they certainly did with me. As a commercial landscape contractor myself, making a pleasing and professional appearance is all-important, and certainly, “Patterned Concrete” did so from our first meeting. Their staff, from the initial meeting to the completion of the project, was professional, courteous, and very helpful relative to innovative ideas and suggestions I may not have otherwise considered. The project is thoroughly reviewed by their estimators, costed, and professionally presented for your consideration. Upon your acceptance, a progressive layout of the project is presented and explained in thorough detail. The execution of the project was exacting in all regards without excuses or time delays. “Patterned Concrete” did exactly what they said they would do, and in a manner they explained from the onset. Would I use them again? Would I recommend them? Was I happy with them? Yes, yes, and yes. A very professional organization and truly a credit to their industry. One cannot always say that about contractors involved with the construction industry, but one can certainly say it about “Patterned Concrete”. Excellent organization. Bill

Patterned Concrete did a great job on our porch, patio and walkway. The landscape architect listened to what we wanted to do and produced a plan that was exactly what we were thinking of. The various crews that came in for each step of the process were very professional, competent and timely. The interruption to our life was minimal, and there were no surprises. They were not the cheapest quote, but this was the kind of job that you'd want done right, as we will be living with the result for a long time. I'm glad we spent the extra money as we are very happy with the result. We would highly recommend them.
