Hardwood throughout
We purchased our hardwood from AA and are content with the service from start to finish. Peter L and Team were quick to help when we realized we were short on our order; we had 2 boxes ready for pick up the next day. The only dilemma we need to solve for is the change in colour (tone) from the original order and 2 boxes we received.

Basement Renovation
This was the second time purchasing flooring from AA and we were equally impressed. The service was top notch friendly and helpful. The price was in unbeatable for finishing up our basement floors and the selection was great. The first time we purchased here was for bamboo flooring and it helped us sell the condo. In a few years, when we renovate the stairs and second floor, we will definitely be back to AA. Thanks!

First Floor Renovation
We found AA Floors through Homestars, and glad we did. We visited several times before making a decision and were never pressured into a quick sale like the other stores we visited. We were offered the help we needed when we needed it, and left to browse when we were doing that. Once we had selected our floor and ready to order, our emails and calls were quickly responded to, and our order was handled professionally. We ordered at a very reasonable price, and quick delivery. We picked up the floor ourselves at their location and were helped by the friendly staff to load it into our truck. We installed the product ourselves, but based on the service we received at the store, had we wanted an installer, we would have had no problem using them for this as well. Thanks to AA Floors for the professional and prompt service. We'll be back when it's time to do the rest of the house.

bungalow reno
We were recommended to AA FLOORS by a family member. They far exceeded our expectations. Peter L assisted us with professionalism and genuine helpfulness. Yuriy installed our hardwood so efficiently and with great skill and care. Overall my experience with AA Floors was amazing and I would recommend them to anyone with a flooring project!!

Hardwood flooring
Purchased hardwood flooring from Mike - chose two separate colours to install in our home. Prior to purchase, Mike told us that we could return unused, unopen boxes of material. This was confirmed several times not only with us but also our contractor friend who was with us at the time of purchase. When we came back to return one box of material, Ruslan told us we could not return it because it was a special order item. Policy or not, this is contrary to what we were explicitly told on several occasions before and during purchase. If a mistake was made by staff, why should the customer have to pay for it? AA floors is competitive on price but their customer service experience is severely lacking and leaves me feeling like I could not recommend them to friends because we cannot trust anything they say. If they were upfront about their return policy, we would have been satisfied. Since we could not return the material, they are not competitive on price or service and I would not recommend them to others.

We apologize if one of our sales associates was a little vague on our return policy. But the terms were clearly spelled out on your invoice, and ultimately, this is the most important document which governs the rights and responsibilities in the customer-retailer relationship. It is also advisable to do precise measurements of the rooms in order to eliminate waste and unnecessary product being ordered. If working through a contractor, ensure no more than 5% is being ordered for waste/cuts as some contractors will insist on margins of 10% or more for their own expediency, leaving the customer to deal with unused material. Finally, we're disappointed with your rating since our product and price were clearly better than the competition, which is what drew you to our business in the first place. This unfortunate misunderstanding with returns was a very small part of the transaction. We ask for a more fair evaluation.

Flooring + installtion
Purchased my flooring and installation with AA Floors. The sales staff were pretty sharp and I didn't get the impression that I was being directed towards a certain product or service and later found out that they weren't commissioned. Peter L. helped us narrow down our choice and organize the installation. We went with a Superior Natural Hickory hardwood for its rustic appeal and the floor looks great. Wasn't the cheapest available, but with hardwood, you certainly get what you pay for. The installers were efficient, but they didn't come out to measure in advance, which would have made the service even better. Overall a solid experience.

Hickory Natural is by far the favourite here among our staff and installers, by consensus. It has everything one would want in a hardwood: lots of character, dramatic grain, colour variation and durability!

New installation of Engineered Hardwood flooring for basement.
Our designer hired AA Floors and More to install hand scraped engineered hardwood flooring. The actual flooring was really nice. But that was the extent of it. They did not come out to do a site visit and allowed th contractor (who they were familiar with) do the measurements. Had AA Floors come out to see the site visit, they would have recommended that the concrete floors be prepared for installation. Because it was a concrete basement floor, there were some low spots. There were 3 attempts at installing the flooring. There are still "dips" and many creaks! I am not happy with AA Floors, and not happy with our contractor. AA Floors would not provide any compensation for missed deadlines and installation of other work that was scheduled. We didn't even get a "heartfelt sorry" from them. The manufacturer of the flooring went over and above to try and resolve the situation. The first installer "Peter" and his helper?? was not helpful or personable at all. The last person they sent to do the final installation was probably the most professional of all. And he wasnt even a full time employee. Slava did the best job he could with the uneven condition of the floor. I would recommend Slava to do any floor installation, but I would not use AA Floors again.

Thanks for leaving us your feedback but your review leaves us somewhat confused. Did we provide the installation service through our in-house hardwood installers or did you use your own contractor? If the latter is the case, why is your grievance with us, AA Floors, rather than the person who was actually responsible for the installation in your home? If we referred someone that was not up to your standards, we apologize, but I don't see how that can translate into a such a low overall rating.

Flooring Replacement
This company was professional, hard working, and completed our project very quickly. Before they worked their magic our flooring was rather worn, and I'm absolutely amazed at the difference they made. We've gotten loads of comments on how good our new flooring looks. I'm happy to recommend this company.

Hardwood Floor Installation
Condo Renovations: We had a particular Click Engineered Hardwood Flooring (5” Santos Mahogany) that we had in mind for our new home. We went to several Hardwood Store locations in Toronto and Brampton to look for this particular product, service and installation. In our decision we selected AA Floors & More in Toronto to remove the existing Laminate Flooring thru out the condo to commence our renovations. The renovations included the removal of the laminate flooring thru out the unit, painting, carpet, and slate flooring installations. After completing all the necessary work, our last contractor to come in was AA Floors to do the final installation. Our Sales Rep Peter Lech did the scheduling for the both the removal and installation on the required dates. The Installation Tech (Yuri & Co-Worker) did a fantastic job in the performing of the hardwood flooring installation of the material and labour including the installation of the white ¼ trim molding for the floor area. The flooring and colors chosen have accented so well to the hardwood flooring. Thank you Peter Lech and AA Floors for all your Hard Work to help in our Hardwood Flooring requirement!!

Flooring Renovation
I had recently gone do AA Floors for my home renovation project not knowing much about hardwood floors the staff at AA had been very freindly in helping me out pick out the right floor for my budget. They have a huge selection at AA and also something to fit everybody's budget and also the Installation team had been very quick and professional with the job I would highly recommend AA to a friend and will be definitely returning to them for my next home renovation.
