    Hardwood Floors

    We went to the store a couple times prior to purchasing to see the selection and prices. Peter helped us out and was great and very helpful to us in making our selection. We picked out an engineered hardwood and he was able to get us a good price that nowhere else could match. Closer to delivery date a rep called us saying that they couldn't get the 3 1/2 plank we paid for so they upgraded us to the 4 1/2" at the same cost! I also had to call back to change the number of boxes and they were very helpful with that over the phone.

    Glad we were able to salvage the situation to your satisfaction. Sometimes a vendor will reassure us of stock availability and drop a bomb shell the very next day when it comes time to deliver the inventory. Hope to see you in the near future!

    house

    It seems AA has gone downhill and the wood products are seconds. 1/3 of the boards were warped and their professional installers had problems installing them. When I called and spoke to Peter I was promised they would fix the problem now they don't even take my calls. This can't be the same company on Evans Ave is it? Stay away I feel so ripped off and our house is ruined!

    I've spoken to the installers and none of them indicated any issues with the hardwood or the installation. We are more than willing to make right on any claim, but you have to make us aware of it in the first place so that we can coordinate with the installers. Please contact the office and ask for Russ, and we'll try to address your concerns with the installed floor.

    Hardwood Flooring

    After visiting several flooring stores, and being disappointed in the selection and price, I discovered AA Floors. They have more selection than anyone that is easy to view and their prices are amazing. I tried to match some brands elsewhere and the same floor was $2-4 more. If you need flooring, don't hesitate to visit. The salesperson who helped me was also extremely knowledgeable and put my mind at ease about my purchase. I mean, you can't just rip out a floor if you hate it.

    Basement Laminate

    We had a unique problem as only part of our basement needed re installation of old laminate and one room with new. Myron took the time to understand the situation, match the new laminate with the old for the bare room, and provide a fair and accurate quote for all the work needed. He also did a great job of communicating with us. The installers came quickly, finished the job well, and asked questions along the way to confirm that we were getting what we wanted.     flooring materials and installation

    We received excellent advice from Peter at AA Floors and more. The quality and selection at their warehouse was amazing and it was so easy to arrange for their trusted tradesmen to instal our flooring.... and all at reasonable prices.

    That is the niche we aim to provide for residents in the GTA - quality floors at competitive prices. We're not interested in competing with the like of Lumber Liquidators, selling the lowest grades of imported materials (often weeping gases and odours) for the lowest possible price. They can have that market!

    Was referred to AA Floors by my Floor Installer. Myron and the guys at AA could not have been more, professional, and patient with us as we selected the type of hardwood and the colour. The product was delivered on time and looks amazing. Would not hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone looking for great hardwood floors. Thanks guys.

    wood flooring

    Excellent value. They provide the rare combination of great selection, service and price. I have shopped around at a few GTA flooring companies recommended by professionals in the flooring industry and this one easily came out on top.

    Hardwood floor installation

    At the store I feel like I got a little bit ripped off. The product that was sold to me was supposed to be a premium quality and nice long pieces. When the wood got delivered, most pieces were no more that 2 feet long and it looks quite cheap all laid out. Also, the floors scratch VERY easily. I cant even vacuum the floor for fear of scratches. I now walk though my house on my tip-toes at all times and am very paranoid so as to not waste my $3500. The company will do nothing about this. On the flip side, Yuri (the installer) was fantastic. He did a great job and stayed late to finish so I wouldn't have to take a 2nd day off work. Thanks Yuri! But, I will not buy from them again.

    Flooring

    Easy to find what we wanted from the plethora of flooring to select from that this company offers. We ended up with a beautiful hard wood maple floor that is hand shaved to give the uneven effect rather then the smooth surface traditional look. The installers were amazing they did a fabulous job. We decided to do the upstairs level as well and within the week the same installers were back and ready to go. We would recommend this flooring company based on the quality of the installation we received and the timing in which everything was completed.

    Laminate flooring

    Our overall experience with AA floors was exceptional and we would highly recommend them. There are so many flooring stores around but AA Floors offered us the best price by far - it was worth the drive from Ajax. Their service was excellent and they were very accommodating (especially Alex). We were also able to return any unused boxes for a refund. We were very satisfied with the product as well - our basement floor looks amazing.
