AA floor is Toronto's best kept secret. Unassuming, unpretentious, and offers superb service and installation. Don't let the low-key environment fool you. I compared several hardwood floor shops around downtown Toronto, Markham, Scarborough and finally decided to go to AA Floors. AA Floors was one of the few shops that had a genuine interest in helping clients. The prices were fair not inflated like the fancier showrooms. Tip: Go during the weekday to get the best service. Weekends are extremely busy (which is a good sign I guess). My project was small (300 sqft), but Peter Lech gave me sound, unbiased advice throughout the project. If you're picky and have tons of questions, talk to Peter. He wasn't pushy and always had the best intentions with the project. His patience seemed infinite. The store carries entry-level to higher-end products (ie. Preverco). I purchased a hand-scrapped, 5-inch wide engineer hardwood from Superior. A bit pricey but worth every penny. Communication by email was thorough and timely. On the installation day, the installer (Ross) arrived on time. He installed the hardwood with meticulous precision and care. I ordered two flush-mount vents which require a bit of skill to cut (Image attached. Vent wasn't stained yet in the photo). I was amazed at how perfect the cuts were. At the end, there were zero errors in cutting. I ended up with 8 pieces left over and not a box to spare.

Great work with laminate flooring and baseboard installs. Courteous, efficient, and tidy. I'm very happy with how it all turned out.

Work was very well done and on schedule as promised. Workers were respectful and hardworking. Sales person Peter Lech was very patient and helpful all throughout the whole process, including installation.

We bought a new house and before closing we used the room measurements in the MLS listing as a proxy to calculate the cost of hardwood floor plus installation and paid in full. After closing i was able measure the rooms accurately which ended up 200 SQ Feet less than the original estimate and notified AA floors to adjust the order accordingly. Installation was completed by end of July and still no refund. Have called Peter L numerous time with no response. Disappointing with the customer service.

From the service and amazing price to the installation and clean. I was super impressed and ecstatic with the results. They came on time and on budget.

We did the living room basement and upstairs all three rooms with new engineered hardwood.

Initially came in to see their clearance items but Peter L was kind enough to recommend some better products that were also great value. Ended up choosing an engineered floor from 12Oaks - Maple Linz, because I was advised engineered is more stable and superior in long-term performance. We used AA's installers as well. Glad I spent a little extra because the new flooring elevated our 30-year old townhouse with tired old carpets into a totally new decor.

I engaged services of 'AA Floors & More Ltd.' in July of 2017. At 9 a.m. on 1 August two fellows from the company store on 524 Evans Ave in Etobicoke arrived to my downtown apartment. They were punctual, they were courteous, fast and above all - clean. They did an excellent job, they cleaned everything after them and they were gone by 4 p.m. Thank you Ros and 'AA Floors'. You sent me an excellent, hard working and very professional crew.

AA Floors had amazing pricing compared to other places we shopped at. Service from Peter L was professional & genuine in providing assistance. Ross was also very helpful & kind. I would highly recommend anyone in search of flooring to check out AA Floors for their great pricing & superb service! Happy customer :)

My experience with AA Flooring has been wonderful! I would highly recommend this company to all of my friends! As soon as we enter the store we felt welcome! I have purchased engineered hard wood floor and other materials from them and the staff really took time to discuss the project and help to make the best choices. The products sold are high quality and the prices are lower than most retailers. I wish them the best in the future!
