A very reliable place for all your hardwood & laminated flooring needs
Very nice & friendly people; eager to help you whatever way they can especially Peter Lench; no hassle return of the unused flooring materials; huge selection of different types of flooring material.

Hardwood floors throughout the house
AA Floors has been absolutely wonderful!!! We had a great experience with them. Peter in Sales is very knowledgable, friendly, and patient. He truly tried to understand our needs and recommends flooring products accordingly. Yuriy did a fantastic job installing the floors. He has great attention to details and takes his time with challenging areas, a true artisan!!! We are thrilled with the final results, very thankful to AA floors and highly recommend them!!! Flooring
Great experience from start to finish. Alex is the greatest, he's the sales man who helped us from start to finish with his knowledge, understanding and friendly approach! He assured us that we would be beyond happy with the results...and well he was right. Professional work and high quality floors look amazing in my new condo! Price and installation was definitely more affordable than other places we have have shopped around at. Love love love.

Main floor hardwood install
AA Floors installed approximately 1,000 sq ft of engineered hardwood on our main floor. Randy, in the showroom, was helpful and friendly. He answered all of my questions and made suggestions based on my requirements. The installation was great. The flooring that we selected did not have a transition strip available. The installer was able to use the hardwood pieces to build a transition strip to the ceramic tile. It looks great!

Basement renovation
R-W Renovation Company finished my basement in 4 weeks. We are very pleased with their professional work. They are very polite and knowledgeable. After work done our place is all clean. I would definitely recommend there service to anyone in Toronto or other surrounding areas.

We did our whole main floor and front entrance. The contractor enjoyed installing this floor. The hardwood was easy to work with and great quality wood.
Our contractor enjoyed working with this quality of hardwood. Easy to install and excellent condition wood. We absolutely love our new floors and would highly recommend this place for purchase and or installing. The customer service was excellent very knowledgeable staff we had gone in three times prior to deciding. We are very happy with the service and flooring purchased.

Flooring done in whole house
Update..... we have had floor inspectors come out and owners call us the original installers came out and we were told by the floor inspector it would take 10 days for the report to be sent into AA floors. So that was over two weeks ago! Multiple calls to the owner have been met with no response! I'm regretting the very moment I hired this company to do anything in my home! It seems they know how to give you great service until you have paid in full, we've been chasing this company for over 2 months as we have some trouble spots of lifting boards in our home, not one phone call back, we have left msgs over and over and are always told the owners are on vacation... my husband went in and was told oh yeah it's an engineering problem he would be here today, we'll only when my husband called them AGAIN we were told oh yeah we can't make it! I'm fed up with this company! Buyer beware! Once you see their tail lights leave your driveway your warranty is over!

Hi Jennie, we arranged for an inspector to come out and do a site assessment, and in his report he identified a source of moisture which caused the subfloor to have a higher than normal moisture content which resulted in lifting of your floor boards. Unfortunately, this is something we are unable to address, nor is the flooring product to blame here. Wood and water simply do not combine well.

Purchased hardwood flooring
Great service from start to finish. I appreciated that even with all the contractors coming in and out of there, they didn't dismiss me as a single woman purchasing for a fairly small job. Russ, the owner worked with me and it was very easy to take back the products I didn't need.

hardwood flooring
Drove from Ottawa to buy hardwood flooring from AA. Great people, huge selection, AND in stock which I needed, great price. Very helpful staff from showroom to loading area. Thanks guys!!!

3 year old install
We used AA floors after hearing a friend had used them. It's been about 3 years since my install. The price we received was good for cash payment. The quality of Appalachian brand is good. However right after install a floor board split and a large sliver stuck up from the floor and caught my slipper and thank fully not my foot. I called and emailed but heard nothing from them. They were great at taking my money but no service after. When I complete the rest and my house or have another house down the road I will not be using AA floors. Unfair is that I contacted them three times without a call back. I left messages for the owner!
