    Furnace bucket attachment

    John came out to look at the situation . He was most knowledgeable and pleasant to explain our options. We will need to upgrade our furnace motor in the near future or possibly the whole furnace. Running the circulating fan constantly will help to raise the temp in the basement . We will need a combination of upgrade to furnace and a fireplace to solve the problem . ABout $12000 so we will do it in the next year . John recommended A good company for the FP and Arpis will do the furnace . We consider John an amazing customer service person .

    Great Service and Staff

    A/s servicing and at the same time, our serviceman Ray, checked the furnace filter. He suggested a water monitor for the water tank, this recommendation was appreciated and we purchased one. Ray was very courteous. I also called the service department at Arpi’s to schedule a furnace inspection for the fall. Staff always very helpful. We have been using Arpi’s services for years , purchasing furnaces and our a/c unit with them in addition to all our service needs. We highly recommend.

    Annual furnace / air conditioning service

    Steve came today to perform the annual service for the furnaces, water heaters and air conditioning units. As with all their technicians, he was punctual, tidy and professional. We have used Arpi’s for many years and have always been pleased with their service. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

    15 Point Precision Tune-up

    Vanessa was very nice and pleasant to deal with. She was courteous and on time for our appointments. We have experienced no issues with her work. The area was clean after she left

    Installation of air conditioner, hot water tank and humidifier.

    I had a new air conditioner installed which required an electric pony panel and coring through the basement wall. All trades were on time and well coordinated. I also had a larger hot water tank installed along with a humidifier on the furnace. Trades were polite and respectful of the property. They cleaned up before they left and took all garbage with them. I was shown how to operate the new thermostat and were all of the work was done. I would highly recommend Arpi’s.

    Excellent customer service, very personable and helpful

    We had some floor damage to our floor in our laundry room, and upon inspection, We had noticed a very tiny leak in one of the pipes that attached to the furnace. I emailed The customer service and they promptly responded via phone. The representative I spoke with was kind, understanding and helpful, sending out a technician the same day (Friday) which provided us peace of mind knowing we didn’t have to wait over the weekend. The technician (Jared) arrived early, and presented as kind and very personable, he not only fixed our tiny leak on our furnace, but then went on to find the main leak (from our water softener) that had ruined our brand new flooring (and would have continued to cause damage) had he not diagnosed and corrected the problem. Jared took the time to review the problem areas, the causes of them as well as solution, then went on to remedy it. We are very grateful, as he was honest and extremely reasonable (as it came as an unexpected cost, so we were worried how much it was going to end up costing). We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from reception to technician. We would highly recommend this company and will certainly use them again in the future.

    Furnace repair

    Great service and very knowledgeable Tested to find fault, advised of repair and cost, had the parts with him and completed repair Very efficient, friendly and made sure everything was working well

    Hot Water Tank

    I called after hours on a Friday when our hot water tank pilot light went out and would not relight. Arpi's technician, Jason, called me right away and tried to assist over the phone, even FaceTiming to show me what to do. When it was clear that the tank should be replaced, Jason showed up the next morning and by noon our new tank was installed. Excellent service!

    annual service call on furnace

    Jon arrived on time, was courteous, friendly and professional. He spent a full hour or more inspecting the furnace and humidifier which was much appreciated. He then walked us through the work he performed and gave us helpful hints on using the furnace fan on a regular basis to balance the air quality between the basement and main floor.

    Furnace installation

    I have been using Arpis for over 25 years for all my HVAC work on both my residence and office building. They are are well managed company - which shows right from the initial phone call through to the final installation or service call. Phone calls are answered promptly (no long waits on hold listening to elevator music) and I am transferred to the appropriate department immediately. The sales people are knowledgeable and they show up on time for appointments. The service and installation crews show up when scheduled and are always courteous, efficient and professional. They recently installed 2 new high efficiency furnaces in my home and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service from start to finish. I would highly recommend Arpis to anyone.
