    Furnace Replacement

    We are very satisfied with the work ARPIs did and would recommend them to anyone. One of our furnaces stopped working after 29 years of service, and we decided to look into replacing both furnaces with modern high efficiency models. ARPIs had replaced our hot water tanks 3 years ago, and we were impressed with their work then, so we called for an estimate. ARPIs seems to be very good at how they communicate with the customer. Kirk came out to assess the job and give us an estimate. He took his time to address how the details of our job would be handled and explained them well, then gave a very clear written quote with options. Once we had decided to give the job to ARPIs, they were able to start a couple days later, and completed the job in a day and a half. The installers, Jason and Matt, were professional and very capable. They communicated and explained things well. At the end of the first day, they had both new furnaces operational. On the second day, they worked with me to get the thermostats connected to our wifi and set up so that we can control the system from our phones. Everything was clean when they left both days. With the old system, the temperature used to swing from a little too warm to a little too cold with each cycle, and there were some rooms that were always a little colder. Now the temperature stays more uniformly comfortable, and the furnace is quieter.

    Revent Furnace pipes

    Arpi’s was very helpful at getting us an appointment for a quote and booking us in quickly to get work done before out basement ceiling roof repair. Clayton was very knowledgeable and did the work we needed in a timely fashion. I noticed a small leak from an older pipe that goes to drain after he left Friday. Arpi’s came out Monday morning and fixed no charge before I had to leave for the airport. Very pleased with how accommodating they were and with the level of service from appointment booking to work that was completed.

    Best Service ever and in a timely matter. The service man was the greatest !!!

    The service was excellent and done in a timely matter. As this was considered a emergency call on the weekend they were here within an hour. The service man Steve was very congenial and explained what had gone wrong with our furnace. I give him and the Company 5 stars. Howard W

    Hot water tank install

    Pretty simple. Arpis price was good. They were informative of the product options they had available. Quick and easy install by Darrell. Darrell was clean and respectful of my house in every way. And after the install, he gave very clear directions on how to relight the tank and how to do annual maintenance on the tank.

    Furnace Troubleshooting

    I have had many positive experiences with Arpis over the years and they always deliver a highly professional service from the initial call to the receipt via email and everything in between.     New Furnaces

    Arpi's changed two furnaces. Its was expensive, but I received multiple quotes, and they were competitive. With Costco discount, they were cheaper. I read the reviews here and so it was an easy decision. They send their 'PM' to assess my house for proper size and the work that would be required. The provided quote covered everything, including re-placing the exhaust pipes to meet code and meeting city inspections. The service guys were just great, very professional and very considerate. It's an expensive proposition to replace furnace, but they say quality of installation is more important than the quality of furnace manufacturer. With Arpi's you don't have to sweat it, just stay warm!

    Heater

    Leon is very professional. He came on schedule, even earlier. He exactly knows what was wrong with our furnace. He showed me the parts that needed replacement and explained carefully its importance. He also gave us advice on the maintenance. He was very quick and overall efficient in what he was working on. Because of him, I would highly recommend the service of Arpi's!

    Boiler Mtce, Axiom Tank Install

    Had maintenance performed on boiler including some repairs and then an axiom tank installed. Jason did a great job, very good technically and is able to explain to me the issue, what is being done, and what to look out for. He ensures the job is done correctly.

    furnace down

    No Heat! phoned Arpi's they sent out tech. Leon, he found that exhaust pipe was frozen over. Needed quick action for the following day as I was booked for Phoenix. Talked to Michelle (pleasant) who put me in contact with Jake who said he who have someone over that afternoon. Seth arrived climbed up the snow covered roof and unplugged the exhaust. I was able to go on my trip knowing that the furnace was working. Thanks to all the people involved for getting this job done in a timely fashion. Barry McReavey

    Arpi's - very prompt, very good.

    I phoned at 8 am. I was lucky, Arpi's arrived at 8:30 am. The plumber fixed the electric hot water heater within 30 mins. He had to replace one of the pipes that had some pinhole leaks in it. Arpi's has always been good for our furnace and AC unit too.
