    Quality Service and Advice

    We booked a general servicing furnace appointment. Technician (James) was on time, friendly and efficient. He explained what had been completed, and made appropriate recommendations . This is the second year we have had Arpi’s provide furnace servicing. Well done, would certainly recommend this company.

    Furnace replacement

    Exceptional in every way. Prompt attention to my failed furnace issue. Spoke to a technician real time, understood the probable cost of repair of my 20 year old furnace. Elected to have someone help me choose a replacement rather than repair and a representative was on site within a couple of hours, offering to provide space heaters as an interim fix although these were not required. I have 2 fireplaces and a single space heater that kept us whole despite -24C temperatures. The crew arrived at 8:30 the next day, installation was professionally completed and we were provided with an exceptional product with exceptional service. The original installation was done by Arpi's Industries in 1998 and the replacement by Arpi's lives up to the original expectation of a qulatiy product provided with quality workmanship.

    Hot water tank replacement

    During the coldest week of the winter, the hot water tank failed. Local plumbers showed up late, spent 5 minutes on-site and left without even touching the project. In less than 24 hours from contacting Arpi's industries, they called me back, set an appointment, located a special order hot water tank, obtained it, transferred it to their plumbing staff, showed up on time for the appointment and replaced it in record time. Jeff and Laurri in dispatch did an outstanding job and went the extra mile with scheduling and locating the parts and Darrell did an really outstanding job showing up on time with the correct parts and replaced the hot water tank in record time and did it correctly the first time. It is encouraging to know that there are a few service providers left that take customer service seriously, will see a project through to the end and do it right the first time. I highly recommend this service.

    New furnace and water softener install

    The team arrived on time, introduced themselves, periodically gave me updates (full day install). One of the installers was on the roof checking exhaust vents and noted (with pictures one of our ridges was completely missing shingles). He told me and sent me the picture and I was able to arrange shingle repair-just before a big snow fall and cold snap. There could have been thousands of dollars in damages if he hadn’t told me. The team finished their job, cleaned up. Project lead called that night to check on install. Best customer service I’ve had in years!

    furnace repair

    The furnace Technician, James, was very professional and pleasant. He listened intently to my description of the problem and went straight to work. My furnace had not been serviced for 10 years so there were several components that were out of spec or failing. He explained the issues to me and answered all my questions. I was very impressed with the service James and Arpi's provided.

    Furnace, humidifier repair

    Service provided by Leon. Quickly diagnosed problem and rectified it. Also replaced pump on humidifier, old one very noisy, hard to hear new one. Leon was very courteous and efficient, Thanks Leon

    Emergency Furnace Repair

    Great response from technician Robert and the rest of the on-call group (dispatch and Robert's compatriot whose name I missed). Gave me an honest answer when asked about time-line for attendance but managed to get ahead of schedule enough by about 3 hours, which was great for my sleep and peace of mind. Quick diagnosis and repair and lots of good advice for ways to avoid future problems of similar nature. Very pleased with this and am kicking myself for not having properly scheduled maintenance over the years (which likely contributed today)

    Furnace repair

    Arpi’s showed up as soon as possible under very busy circumstances due to extreme cold weather. I explained how cold it was in our house. Vanessa came and did an excellent job of getting our furnace up and running again in -30C weather. She was very professional and explained the situation and future repairs thoroughly. Thank you!

    Great service

    Our appointment was at 8:00. Sent us an email that they would be out within 2 hours of the schedule time. I was very happy when he arrived right on time. He explained everything to me and was very friendly. Thanks for the service!
