    Furnace service

    Kim came to service our furnace recently and did an outstanding job! Extremely thorough and explained the reason why certain checks were done! Very impressed! I would definitely recommend Arpi

    New Furncae

    New high efficiency furnace installed, new venting to the outside. Was installed quicker than expected. New system seems to be working well so far. Would have liked to see a better clean up, found about half dozen screws laying around. But over all satisfied.

    Furnace installation

    Brock was incredibly polite, helpful, professional and efficient. He and Matt went “above and beyond” taking on the work on a Saturday (greatly appreciated.)

    Furnace

    We’ve been calling arpis before to replace our hot water tank and we are satisfied to the work thayv’e done service is excellent and customer service is good also,it’s highly recommended to anyone and to my family friends.

    Furnace repair and service

    Arpi's has been keeping my 20 year old furnace running for over 10 years. They are prompt, courteous and take the time to explain what they are doing and provide options and suggestions for keeping the furnace going for a few more years.

    High efficiency hydronic boiler installation

    Just had Paul, Keith and Sam from Arpi’s at our place for the last 3 days replacing a 33 year old boiler that supplied heat to our in floor hydronic heating system etc. that was on it’s last legs. I can’t say enough in this review about how pleased Nancy and I were about the professional attitude, politeness, and superior workmanship these 3 guys displayed. Right from the start they answered any questions I had about the new system, arrived at exactly the prescribed time, and after the job was done, did an amazing job of cleaning up the worksite. Good on you guys!! You made it painless !! A work of art !! Thanks to Keith as well for hooking up the vaccuflow pipe!! Very much appreciated.

    leaking on pipes from hot water tank check trap and bathtub control knob

    Your technician arrived on time and proceeded with checking out the problems then repaired the major issue of the hot water tank. He then investigated the trap under the bathroom sink and advised me to call electric eel. He then took pictures of bathroom fixture and informed me he would lookinto ordering the replacement part and also do my hot water tank flush when he returns for the fixture repair. He cleaned up the calcium deposit on the pipes and tank. He was very pleasant and helpful to deal with and was pleased with his work. Eldene Miller

    30 point furnace tune up

    Jeremy phoned ahead of his arrival which was very considerate. He was very thorough with the work and answered all my questions, and even offered some helpful advice. Afterwards, he took the time to explain and show me the work he completed which was very much appreciated. Jeremy was very professional and I would definitely recommend him as a technician.

    Maintenance

    Furnace stopped working, had a bunch of error codes. I called arpis and they had a technician at my door within an hour. And 2 hours later my furnace was fixed:)

    Furnace Service

    Vanessa, our service technician, showed up on time and was very polite, professional and did a great job. She identified and repaired (on the same day) all of the issues we were having with our two furnaces. I would highly recommend them for your furnace repair needs.
